REMEMBERING PHILIPP JUNG Finally returning to @amsterdamdanceevent after several years of absence. Looking forward to hosting our annual fundraiser with @electronicgroove after missing it for the last 3 years. Thankfully @lisateca and @jjarop12 held down the fort for us along with @dukeoftokyo allowing us to continue to host this. This edition of our FUNDRAISER is dedicated to the legacy that @live.forever.jung left behind. This time we are supporting @visionspringorg a charity that was important to him. Philipp’s commitment to the music, artists and dance community along with his generosity of spirit was a rare thing in this industry and we want to celebrate it. Joining us for the evening to raise funds will be @anjaschneiderofficial, @danny_howells78 and @dj_t._official ., @m.o.n.r.o.e._music , @sandhasivan along with @avogt80 and @jjarop12 Donations below to confirm guaranteed ENTRY or Donations will be accepted at the Door but ENTRY will be based on capacity. https://electronicgroove.com/event/ade-week-fundraiser-2026/ Ping me if you will be at ADE as I would love to see you! <3 by @egmauro
What keeps curiosity alive after more than two decades in electronic music? @anjaschneiderofficial joins us ahead of the EG & @areulisted ADE Fundraiser to reflect on Philipp Jung, the values they shared, and why music still feels most meaningful when it brings people together. She also discusses ‘Heartbroken’, her Backstage podcast, exclusion within club culture, and the new album she is beginning to imagine for 2027. 🔺 Read the full interview at electronicgroove.com #anjaschneider #ade #philipjung #clubculture #eginterview by @egmauro
AI may learn the music. But can it ever remember the night? In ‘The Human in the Machine’, Electronic Groove founder and CEO @egmauro reflects on what happens when music keeps the sound, but loses the person behind it. Drawing from electronic music history, club culture, and his own relationship with the scene, he looks at why memory, instinct, imperfection, and lived experience still matter in an increasingly automated world. “I am not looking for an optimized night out. I am looking for an experience.” 🔺 Read Mauricio Viana’s full feature at electronicgroove.com #artificialintelligence #electronicmusic #clubculture #musicculture #electronica by @egmauro
Two difficult years changed the picture. @dj_t._official is moving again. On the cover of the new EG Ezine, Thomas Koch sits down with Mauricio Viana for a conversation about loss, friendship, the memory of Philipp Jung, and reconnecting with music after a period that forced everything else into perspective. The story also leads to Amsterdam, where DJ T. joins Electronic Groove & @areulisted for this year’s ADE Fundraiser in Philipp’s memory. 🔺 Read the new EG Ezine at electronicgroove.com #djt #egezine #getphysical #ade #electronicgroove by @egmauro
A great concert does not always leave you with one clean reaction At Kaseya Center, @gorillaz delivered the scale, visuals, and live energy expected from a band of their stature. But Little Simz emerged as the night’s biggest surprise, while Damon Albarn added a layer of tension that made the experience harder to reduce to a simple verdict. Our latest review looks at the performances, the crowd, the contradictions, and why the most memorable nights are often the ones that leave something unresolved. ✍️ / 📸 @egmauro 🔺 Read the full review at electronicgroove.com #gorillaz #littlesimz #miami #livemusic #electronicgroove by @egmauro

Before the first record, the room has already spoken For the fourth edition of DJ Rituals, @svenvaeth_official, @nicolemoudaber, and @brina.knauss reflect on one of DJing’s most instinctive skills: reading the floor before deciding where to take it. At its core, reading a room is less about control than attention. The DJ arrives with knowledge, records, and intention, but the night already exists before them. The real craft lies in recognizing that energy, accepting its uncertainty, and knowing when to guide it, challenge it, or simply let it breathe. 🔺 Read the full feature at electronicgroove.com #djrituals #svenvath #nicolemoudaber #brinaknauss #electronicmusic by @egmauro
Lets’s give mom a happy birthday! I’m very lucky to call you my mom. 💙🌹🥂 by @egmauro
Remembering Nico Stojan The electronic music community continues to mourn Nico Stojan, remembered by friends and collaborators for his warmth, curiosity, humor, and generous spirit. Rooted in jazz, hip hop, soul, house, and electronic music, Nico built a deeply personal sound and a career shaped by connection. He shared several chapters of that journey with Electronic Groove through EG.557, an interview about Ouïe Music, and EG.1013, recorded in New Orleans. His legacy lives through his music, the artists and listeners he brought together, and the community that loved him. Rest in peace, Nico. ❤️‍🩹 🔺 Read the full tribute and support his funeral expenses and musical legacy at electronicgroove.com #nicostojan #ouiemusic #electronicmusic #berlin #electronicgroove by @egmauro
