To start this off, I would like to say that choosing 20 photos out of the 726 I had managed to round up was not easy.
I met Gwen the summer of 2023 going into my freshmen year, and from then she grew to be my best friend and one of the closest people to me.
To say I am thankful for Gwen would be an understatement and a complete downplay of how much she impacted my life in all of the best ways possible. Gwen was my biggest supporter and was always in my corner for everything, and I know she would have been for the rest of my life if she had gotten the chance. She made me laugh and smile even on the absolute worst days.
Gwen is 100% one of the most talented people I know. Her love and devotion towards music never failed to amaze and inspire me. Last winter I did solo and ensemble for the first time ever. I performed a duet with Gwen and as a clarinet choir with her and 7 others. I had a tournament that morning at about 1am and got no sleep. Gwen was the only reason I was able to function that day. We perform our choir and then had 7 hours of sitting in a school an hour away doing nothing. I slept on Gwen’s shoulder for a good 3 hours that day.
I will forever cherish every memory I have with Gwen. From the early afternoon walks with her and Adam, to the late sleepless nights when we would talk for hours.
Gwen has helped me to be the person I am today and I will never forget that.
What I originally wanted to say was too long for the instagram bio, so I had to shorten it up. But I will be writing out a whole long thing about Gwen and putting it on a different post.
But anyways, Gwen was one of the most genuine and amazing people I know. I will remember and love her forever and always. Her light will always shine with us. ❤️

While I am so sad that the class of 25 has officially left, I am genuinely so excited to see where all of you go and what great things you all accomplish. Some of the best and most talented people I know are in this class and I couldn’t be more grateful to call you guys my friends. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done.
