I haven’t had a chance in a good while to just make something of my own. Today I had some time, and I had fun up-cycling this!

I’m selling this ooak top. The mannequin it’s on is 34/24/34 so about a small, there is some stretch to it.

$30, I can ship worldwide just shoot me a dm for more info. by @egyptmachine

VHS September Day 29: VHS Minus Color

This is one of my favorite b&w movies, it also happens to be a silent film. Made in 1926, set in the year 2000. It’s a timeless classic, so many homages have been made towards Metropolis. Be it, high fashion, movies (The Bodyguard), photoshoots etc, It also serves a political stance on the divide between the working class and the upper class. It’s fantastic. #vhseptember #metropolis #vhs #feedyourvcr #movies by @egyptmachine

VHS September Day 28: I Love the 90s

I fell off the wagon for a few days, but time to back to it before the month is over. I could write a novel on my love of the 90s, but I’ll just mention this. I think Pauly Shore was so quintessential of that decade. Son in Law, In the Army Now, Encino Man, the voice work etc.

I went by the EP Film Festival today, and caught the short films screening. Lots of amazing films made by independent crews. I was so excited so see the completion of Soft Cargo which I did the costumes and wardrobe styling on. I was not let down, it was beautifully shot and I fell in love with the concept from the get go. Thank you and congratulations to @guacamoldes @_olga.aguilar_ @reginasaldivar & the rest of the Soft Cargo team 💛💛💛💛💛 #elpasofilmfestival #epfilm by @egyptmachine

VHS September Day 22: SOV is fine by me

Let me tell you about this video, it’s very special to me and the day it dies I’ll be so sad. It’s may not be exactly shot on video, but it was certainly Saved On video.

Every time Deftones had an appearance on tv, I tried to capture every single one. This was a labor of love by a teenaged girl obsessed with her favorite band.

VHS September Day 21: A Deal with the Devil

You’re not supposed to make deals with devils, because look what happens. The case worker told them, but did the Maitlands listen? #vhseptember #beetlejuice #vhs #feedyourvcr #sayhisname by @egyptmachine

VHS September Day 18: Tales From The Small Screen

I had a hard time thinking about today theme, I almost didn’t post then I remembered I had THIS!!! It’s in bad shape, my rabbits ate the case but it still works!

A collection of weird cartoon shorts, Liquid Television hailed from a place in time where MTV gave us cutting edge plus experimental programming. But alas those days have been long gone now… I want my MTV 😣 #vhseptember #iwantmymtv #vcr #mtv #vhs by @egyptmachine

VHS September Day 17: Mostly Ghostly

The Frighteners is directed by Peter Jackson, with Robert Zemeckis as the executive producer. Also throwing in Danny Elfman on the score? Hello!?? This one is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
So the main character is a “ghost buster” but a con artist. He has special abilities to be able to communicate with the dead, but he uses his dead buddies to help him on this ghost busting scam. Until one day the shit hits fan, and he has to put in some real work. #vhseptember #thefrighteners #feedyourvcr #vcr #vhs by @egyptmachine

VHS September Day 16: Movie Megacheese

As far as cheesy movies go, everyone has their opinion. I am fully aware that The Last Dragon is an extremely cheesy movie only a child could love. But that’s as far as I’ll go criticizing it because this is one of my favorite movies of all time. The one liners, the fashion, the plot, the villains. The finest 80s cheese is what makes this movie.

Yes I have dressed up as Sho Nuff for Halloween, and yes I have met Taimak and that is my autograph right there. #vhseptember #thelastdragon #shonuff #vhsisnotdead #feedyourvcr by @egyptmachine
