Im so locked in these days. I haven’t drank for 115 days now. And frankly at this point there is really no reason I shouldn’t do all I can to see how good it can get. It took at least 2 months for me to really see all the benefits of not drinking. Some HUGE ONES: •Anxiety has diminished SIGNIFICANTLY. •Confidence and Self esteem skyrocketed •Better rest •More motivation •Higher daily productivity •No hangovers •More gratitude for life •Clearer mind •Increased Creativity And honestly the list can go on and on… best decision I have made by far! #motivation #sobriety by @egyptreign
Here’s to Trying new things! Ever since I could remember I always wanted to join a gymnastics gym. I told myself if I was one of those kids that started super young I would’ve gone to the Olympics or some. BUT 30 years later yah girl could barely touch her toes! So I decided about 4 months ago that that was all gonna change and I was gonna do something about it! Now, I don’t have the splits yet. But I promise you that when I do imma CRYYYY cause I’ve been working so hard for it and I want it SOOO BAD! Also in my mind I feel like because I’ve been told the limiting belief that once you hit a certain age you’ll never be able to get your splits… now IDK IF that’s true but I’m refusing to believe it. I also know that once I accomplish this goal that I’ve had since I was a kid I know it’ll just open my mind up from so many other limiting beliefs I’ve been trained to believe! So come with me while I tackle them all!! And let’s get inspired to try something we’ve been scared of doing but always dreamed of doing! ❤️✨ by @egyptreign
