During the first snow storm, we all helped to shovel out this fire hydrant. This time, the girls asked if they could bring a shovel over to it themselves. Proud of these two for taking initiative and keeping their community safe (even if it was motivated by ice cream). And hopefully we won’t have to do it again until next year. by @ehecke

It’s hard to believe this is the first sketchbook I’ve filled. I committed to doing art alongside clients and using my sketchbook to process through my own challenging thoughts and feelings.

I started this journal with the words “what are you avoiding?” This is my internal cue when I get the sense of doom feeling to lean in to the things that feel hard. One of those things is vulnerability. Perfectionism (and an art degree) tells me that people will look down on art that feels unfinished or raw, which I know logically is not true.

Im working on getting brave enough to share some of this artwork on here and challenge these insecurities. Hold on friends, it’s about to get weird over here.

New sticker alert 🚨 This has done really well as a print and it was time to offer it on a smaller, more portable scale. And how cute is this self-love trio?

I have been focusing more of my energy on prints and these are three of my faves.

Every time I think I’m done, I get 2 more orders 🤣 I love that I never know which letter will be the last of the season. I have assisted Santa in writing 20 letters this season and I still have more in my queue. Thank you to everyone who has kept me a part of their family’s Christmas magic.

Yesterday was nothing short of wild. I loved interacting with everyone who came to my table. There were so many nice conversations about mental health advocacy, which is a passion of mine and it was so nice to be surrounded by such incredible and talented vendors! I sold out of quite a few things and my heart is so full! Thank you for helping this small business lady live out a dream.

Aaaaand I hear you, more tentacles will be on the way!

Documenting my table set up so I can easily recreate it when I get to the Armory. This takes the thinking out of it and saves me time and stress. That way I can spend my energy getting settled, securing a snack, and checking out other tables before doors open. Because those are my priorities!

I can’t tell you how excited I am to debut this sticker tomorrow. Why yes, I did keep 3 for myself.

Some of the stickers available at the market tomorrow! I’ve included a sale section this time and highlighted some of my newer designs.

Prepping for this upcoming market and it’s always so fun to plan out my table to highlight new work. These tentacles were such a random hyperfixation project but they bring me so much joy, which I suppose is the point.

Come check them out this weekend!
