I don’t know what’s crazier, the fact you said yes or the fact I didn’t drop the box in the water on my way to the bow. Here’s to a lifetime of excitement and adventures in places near and far. taken in Kleftiko Milos by @ehhhh_danny

You’d think that after 33 countries I would learn that “packing light” doesn’t mean “bring one t-shirt”. Porto and Lisbon quickly became two of my favorite cities on the planet with some of the best food I’ve ever eaten and coolest architecture I’ve ever seen.

No matter how much I explore, I’m always craving Moher! Thanks for showing me around @trinakeane
PSA: Every pub in Ireland has a tap from Guinness with proper pouring instructions.
PSA 2: I’m convinced Ireland is still feeling the Potato Famine since they seem to serve an ungodly amount and variety of potatoes with every meal to make up for it.

Three years ago I never thought about real estate as anything more than transactional. Buy -> improve -> sell -> repeat. After getting caught with a stop work order when a tree ripped out my power on a project my entire world changed and I got thrown into the world of development, specifically accessory dwelling units or “ADUs”. From clients to investors our model has had to adapt weekly in order to stay in touch with ever changing legislation, material and labor issues. In the last year we’ve put 37 housing units in the San Diego market with nearly 30 more in the works. So many thanks go out to the people (@trinakeane @l_it_e @jjgarner_ @joey361361 @bridgmancharlie @widjy1 ) who have been there in some of the most difficult times of my life, phase one is wrapping up and I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunities and projects coming up next.

Second triplex exit of 2021 this week as well! The city of Oceanside was stuck arguing with instelf about this property's classification. In the end, educating buyers, lenders, insurers and realtors about the value of 'legal-nonconforming' additional units had been eye opening.
Rear units were rebuilt from the studs but we were able to keep some of the character of the front house!

First exit of the year the breaking record sales price for Bay Ho! This has been an adventure of a project but the early morning views of Mission Bay made it worth every second. #design #realestateinvesting #flippinghouses #trends taken in Bay Ho by @ehhhh_danny

First time hosting friendsgiving was nothing short of an absolute success @joey361361 @bennettmcm! No such thing as to many people bringing sweet mashed potatoes. Thank you all for being part of our family! Who would have thought you could fill a garage with that much love #friendsgiving #food #pacificbeach taken in Pacific Beach by @ehhhh_danny
