So many pieces from the queen’s wardrobe that I featured in my book are on display at the King’s Gallery in the new exhibition, Queen Elizabeth II: Her Life In Style. Reserve your tickets soon, this show is proving wildly popular and for very good reason. It is a stunning display of a history-making life, told through clothes.

The top three pieces for me (no surprises here!) are the dress Princess Elizabeth wore to her father’s coronation, along with the gowns she wore on her wedding day and when she was crowned queen. The detail on each is breathtaking, the progression from one to the next so fitting.

More of my thoughts to come, but mostly: so grateful for this chance to see these works of art up close.

Let’s talk LUGGAGE 🧳

My latest @atlasadventurestrips prep video is about what to pack IN. Our family needed a new carry-on and I was very intrigued by a new @away topside option 👀. While I was shopping a recent sale, I also came across a larger style I’ve been coveting — I am delighted at what it holds…!

The way this book got me thinking…

William and Catherine appeared with Tom Cruise at the global premiere of ‘Digger’ in London on Tuesday. The Prince of Wales is the president of the BAFTA, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. The movie, about an American oil tycoon who has caused a worldwide environmental disaster, was filmed primarily in the UK at Pinewood Studios.

The outing occurred on the same day as the publication of Swan Song, the much-discussed book about Princess Diana by her brother, Charles Spencer. At an engagement earlier in the day, William ignored questions about the book when asked by the press.

“I just love them,” Cruise said before the royal couple’s arrival, according to the Times. “They are lovely people and I have great respect for them.”

Charles Spencer has written an explosive new book detailing a damning account of now-King Charles III in the days after Diana’s death.

Early excerpts prompted an extraordinary response from Buckingham Palace, which Spencer has since addressed in his pre-publication press tour.

This is a complicated one for me, with MANY aspects to consider and loads of context about Spencer, which I’ve detailed in my latest newsletter. The resulting discussion in the comments is illuminating.
