Before going to Japan this year, I'm going over some old photos from last year and earlier this year. Kinda doing an early year in review and favorites short list. And the best ramen I've had was from Mugito Mensuke 麦と麺助 in Osaka.

Guinea Fowl broth topped with 3 kinds of chashu. 🤤 Light but still full of deep avian and umami flavor, bouncy noodles, tender fatty chashu.
