Another EEG Day of Service in the books!! 🌱💚

This year, our ATX crew had the opportunity to serve at Community First! Village, a community that goes beyond providing housing for our neighbors coming out of chronic homelessness. Their mission is rooted in the belief that housing alone won’t solve homelessness, but community will. They bring that belief to life by creating opportunities for meaningful work, personal growth, and lasting relationships.

We showed up ready to get our hands dirty and ended up flexing our project management muscles instead! 💪 Given an empty room, a list of names, and some supplies, our mission was to get the Welcome Center ready for the community’s Love Your Neighbor 5K!

Our team got to work setting up the Welcome Center - matching names and race numbers, alphabetizing packets for pickup, filling ice buckets, and getting the arts and crafts room ready for the big day! A little real-time bottleneck solving and a LOT of teamwork gave us the opportunity to support the community that’s doing so much for our Austin neighbors.💚

Dan & Liza and Kelsey & James had their last swing before the ring with the EEG ATX crew! 💍⛳️

Two of Austin’s own are both tying the knot before the year is over, so it only made sense to celebrate both couples in a truly wacky way - at one of Austin’s most bizarre mini golf spots!

The whole crew is SO excited to celebrate Dan and Kelsey (and their soon-to-be promoted significant others) as they head into their next chapters! 🥂💒

Here’s to the future newlyweds! 💍🤍

No one knows how to surf the talent pool quite like our recruiters. 🏄‍♀️🌊

The ATX delivery crew enjoyed a well-deserved week away from the office at EVOLVE, a time dedicated to training, recognition, and bringing together the recruiters who source the talent, ride the waves, and keep our teams moving forward!

Our Austin team showed out this year, with Dan Unrue’s Texas Region taking home the George Award 🏆 and Kelsey Wilson taking the stage as a panelist to share her experience as a Rainmaker and professional recruiter! 🎤

The team learned, celebrated, had plenty of fun, and came back an even stronger delivery team. 💪🏼 taken in Downtown Indianapolis by @eightelevenatx

W0811 embracing their creative side! 🎨🍷

The Women of Eight Eleven Group got together for a follow-along paint class, but no two canvases turned out quite the same. Everyone added their own personal vision and touch, giving us the perfect excuse to embrace our creativity and have some fun along the way!

Cheers to creativity, connection, and a great night with the team! ✨ taken in Barton Creek Greenbelt by @eightelevenatx

Nothing says promo quite like a day floating the river! 😎

We had the best time celebrating MaryKate’s promotion to Senior Recruiter and Jadyn’s promotion to Account Executive! Lots of laughs, lots of celebrating, and maybe a few less pairs of sunglasses. 🤨

So excited for these ladies and everything they’ll accomplish in their new roles! 🥂👏

Here’s what it looks like to get Austin, Houston, and Dallas all in one boat. 😎🛥️

Loading the entire Texas region onto the annual Lone Star Barge is no small task—but it’s always worth it.

Safe to say Texas knows how to do team outings. 🤠☀️

One of our favorite Texas traditions is back! 🤠☀️🌊

Austin hosted our Houston and Dallas teams for the annual Lone Star Barge—a day full of games, laughs, a little friendly competition and a lot of fun in the sun.

Congratulations to Team Green for taking home the win(and bragging rights)! 💚🏆

—> Swipe to the end to meet the MVP of Barge Day. 🎖️

This week, the EEG Austin team hit pause for our Rest & Rejuvenate Week—making time to recharge, reconnect, and give back!

From filling Teen Mental Health Kits for our local Boys & Girls Club, to swapping our desks for Barton Springs, supporting Sidewalk Cinema film club’s first showing, and wrapping up the week with pedicures, it was a great reminder that taking care of ourselves (and our community) matters.

Here’s to coming back refreshed and recharged. 😎#EEGAustin #EightElevenGroup #RestAndRejuvenate #WorkHardRechargeHard by @eightelevenatx

Our newest member of the EEG Austin office has officially joined the team! 🎉

A recent grad from Austin’s own University of Texas, Kate Peters has hit the ground running. From surviving Austin half marathon hills to already making memories at kickball, she’s already bringing great energy to the EEG ATX crew!

Get to know her and her thoughts on joining the team below! 👇

✨ FIRST WEEK HIGHLIGHTS

My first week in the Austin office has been great! The kickball tournament was definitely a highlight of the week, along with finding out we have a comedian in the office (shoutout to Max 😂).

🤝 WHY EEG?

I chose Eight Eleven because of its focus on organic growth and strong culture. It’s a motivating environment filled with great people, and I was excited by the opportunity to start my career in Austin, a city I love that’s continuing to grow as a hub for technology and innovation!

🎯 FIRST-YEAR GOAL

My biggest goal in this first year is to learn as much as possible and build confidence in my role. I’m looking forward to contributing to the growth of the Austin market!

🏃‍♀️ FUN FACT

I ran my first half marathon in Austin this year! The finish line was great, but surviving the hills was the real achievement lol.

🌺 DREAM DESTINATION

Hawaii all summer! 🌈🌋🏝️🌞🌊🏄‍♀️

We’re thrilled to have Kate on board and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes here! 🚀

Fresh faces. New goals. Same EEG spirit.✨

With new faces joining the team and big things ahead, it was time to update the wall of fame. The newest crew at EEG ATX is now front and center as you walk through our doors!

Some traditions, however, are too iconic to retire…
