My Elvie ๐Ÿ’– the family baobei, spoiled princess, demanding queen of the house... The first time I met you 15 years ago on that bench in front of the Adopt and Shop, I could not predict how much you would change our lives. Bringing you home a few days later after sending my parents off to their Taiwan vacation was the best decision I ever made. I was ready to call you my baby but who knew two weeks later I would be told by my mom you were my sister and her baby. At the adopt and shop they named you Elvira which I hated so I changed your name to Elvie. It was easy to teach the parents your name since I just said like the luxury bag brand LV. Thus my favorite picture is when I put you in my LV tote bag... Elvie in LV ๐Ÿ˜‚ You brought so much energy and life into this house flying around the couches and up and down the stairs. Always waiting for us to come home on your favorite couch in the living room and once the garage opened you were there waiting by the door wagging your tail and barking if we took too long to say hi. You had a constant need be around people to the point of scratching on bedroom doors at all hours to be let in so you weren't alone. Everyone who met you instantly loved you from the adults who you would demand head rubs from to the kids who loved chasing and playing with you. I will miss you and yes even your constant barking when no one was at home with you these last few years. Thanks for bringing me so much joy love and comfort these past 15 years.
