WE CLOSE OUT THIS DECADE in 10 DAMN DAYS!!! This is something I will forever put at the top of my life’s accomplishment list. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Today, I celebrate 🥳 7 years #benzofree!!!! 12.21.12 was my what they call my ‘jump’ date. I was prescribed klonopin aka clonazepam in my early 20’s for panic and anxiety. 12 years to be exact. This is SUPPOSED to be subscribed for short-term use. Yet, this RARELY happens and then people suffer terribly trying to get off of it. It’s so difficult that most people never get off of it. I was like ‘F’ that. I felt so driven to be off of it because it was actually making me sicker. I was not getting better by taking it. Mind you, it took me quite sometime to get to this point....like several years.
I came up with my own plan and saw it through when I couldn’t get the help I thought I needed from licensed professionals.
I did endless research for days, weeks, and months. I even moved to the West Coast when I felt the call that healing there would be profound .... I was so dedicated to my healing every single day! It was challenging AF but when all is said and done I wouldn’t want it any other way. I posted videos about it on YouTube a few years ago in hopes that it would help at least 1 other person.🤞
It still blows my mind 🤯 that it’s been viewed 11,000 times!!!!!! Here’s to the journey, always, no matter how difficult or challenging it may seem. Our light 🕯✨is so much brighter than all the darkness that comes to consume us! 🌙Happy Winter Solstice! 🌙 WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SHARE TODAY?

“I AM full of unlimited potential✨ and there is nothing wrong with me. There is nothing wrong with me and I AM filled with unlimited potential✨.” I dropped pretty low yesterday .... I wanted to give up ...i wanted to disappear....so i gave in and I slept all day. I could say I was ‘resting’ but I knew I was hiding. When in it, it feels awful and unshakable. I used to do this ALL the time, many years of my life actually. Much later in the evening, I listened to a free talk I downloaded from #MattKahn called ‘My Unlimited Value’. It just so happened to show up at the perfect time! ⏳I’m a late comer to Matt Kahn but ....OMG❤️❤️❤️!!!!! •It absolutely lit 🔥 up my soul!•
I remembered all this shit is not ‘actually’ me, it doesn’t define me and it doesn’t ruin me...it may be a low but it doesn’t have to be forever.
I’m recognizing today that I bounced back pretty quickly! One day vs. several days or weeks at a time. I’m going to celebrate that. Things are pretty messy right now and that is OK. I am not my bank account or the job I don’t have or the things I thought I would be and that is OK.
I’m going to rise y’all ! I deserve that for myself! Recognizing my self-worth and value right now is my purpose. 🕯Just walking the path, one day at a time. 🙏❤️🔥✨ 💌✨ #nohashtagstoday
