The hardest part of change is usually moving through the discomfort that comes with it.

The anxiety. The uncertainty. The “what ifs”…
 What if it doesn’t work out? What if I don’t see a change? What if it’s all for nothing?

But what if it’s worth it? 🤍

Sometimes you just have to do it scared. Do it anxious. Take the chance and trust that you’ll figure it out along the way. Because you’ll never know where it could take you unless you try.

The physical changes are cool… but THIS is the stuff that makes me the proudest 🥹🤍

More confidence. Better habits. Feeling stronger. Trusting yourself around food. Showing up even when motivation isn’t there. Feeling comfortable in the gym and becoming a version of yourself that you’re genuinely proud of.

Because the goal was never just to change how you LOOK —> it’s to change how you FEEL and how you live your life too!!

2 WEEKS OUT!! well actually 17 days but who’s counting 👀😂

I feel bad for all the girls I see early morning because I legit rock up looking like a hobo because I’m so cold 😂😭

BUT in saying that the weather is FINALLY warming up which meant HEAPS of beach walks. One of my besties @jordana.caltabiano even met up with me in between clients to walk with me 🥹🤍 (watch till the end😂)

Body is definitely not cooperating anymore…fluid in my knee and inflamed tendon 😭 but we push through and modified training so I can keep going. It was definitely the slap in the face I needed to prioritise recovery.

WE’RE SO CLOSE 🥹❤️‍🔥

4 WEEKS OUT!!

Ngl I cried when I got my check in with coach on Monday as soon as I heard we were dropping the cals and upping the cardio….

BUT this week has been UNREAL!! I feel so good (I’m convinced it’s the sunshine)

I also FINALLY got to see my bikini in real life thankyou @glamfitbikinis 🤍🤍

Other than that it’s been a pretty chill week steps in the sunshine and doing what I love so I can’t complain 🥰
