From the back blocks of Manawatū comes Either Eyether…stitched from the limbs of Horse Around, Polaroids of Polarbears, Synthetic Children and Pining Radiata. Playing a kind of lo-fi noise pop: warped, fuzzed out, full of hiss and heart. Like someone wrote a love song on the back of a receipt and screamed it into a broken mic.

The debut EP, The Fucking Dog’s Gone, is out Friday, May 30th 2025. Four songs recorded mostly live, mostly late, and mostly in sheds — equal parts distortion and daydream. It’s a collection that sounds like wet concrete, cheap wine, and trying to remember the words. There’s a kind of comfort in the chaos. by @either.eyether
