📍 Bok Tower Gardens | Lake Wales, FL
A little slice of magic right here in Central Florida. ✨🌿🏰

Have you been to Bok Tower Gardens? What's your favorite part? 💚

This is one of my absolute favorite places to spend my time. From the magnificent, larger-than-life marble tower that sings every hour 🔔 to the endless trails, lush gardens, and hidden treasures around every corner, it feels like stepping into a mythical land.

There are events throughout the year and even an incredible children's area that I didn't capture this time.

Definitely one of Florida's most enchanting hidden gems!

Part 2 of Moving My Body By Any Means Necessary! 💕🚶🏾‍♀️

This time, I'm moving with @hgmoveclub in Winter Haven!

Low-impact movement, community, and most importantly, ACCOUNTABILITY! 🙌🏾 Because one of the best ways to stay consistent with your fitness goals is to surround yourself with people working toward theirs, too.

The ladies meet every Sunday at 8 AM, and I love seeing women come together to move with purpose!

Two restaurants, one location, and a mother-daughter duo! 🥟❤️
Lucky Kitty Dim Sum has teamed up with Savage in Winter Haven, and I'm here for it!
Between the interesting decor, the ambiance, and the FOOD, there's plenty to appreciate. But those hand-pulled noodles and wings? Definitely the stars of the show! 🍜🔥
Another Central Florida gem worth checking out!

I stopped doing HIIT before summer, and whew… my body remembered 😂
New series: doing the little things well, starting with moving my body consistently, by any means necessary.
This weekend I joined Mariceli’s all-women calisthenics group, @she.reps , in Winter Haven, Florida. And shout out to Mariceli for helping us with our form so we could get the most out of every exercise! 💕

An activewear OOTD with a purpose 🩷
Wore this pastel pink @offlinebyaerie look to a women’s HIIT + calisthenics networking event in Winter Haven, and the Real Me bottoms are definitely a favorite, they just mold to the body. 😍
But I was even more excited about getting active and connecting with other women who look like me. I’m often the minority in fitness and wellness spaces, so getting to see myself reflected in the room made this one feel a little extra special. 💕 taken in Aerie by @eivorycontent

Hidden gem alert 📍Winter Haven, FL

I almost drove right past this bakery, so glad I didn't. Davila Bakery & Coffee is run by a woman who moved here from Venezuela and started this place to honor her father, who was a baker himself back home. You can feel that story the second you walk in, and taste it in every bite.

If you're anywhere near Winter Haven, go. Seriously. 🥐☕️
