Ambassador of love and wellness. My goals include sprinkling fairy dust and sharing joy and love everywhere I go! 🦄 ❤️👯‍♀️💪

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

DON’T STOP ME NOW! 🎶 The journey of a lifetime begins with one step!! My life has been a journey to ME! Many of my greatest life lessons have been discovered in many integrated wellness activities! I lived on the proverbial yo/yo lifestyle gaining and losing weight every day of my adult life! It started with the focus on my career and building my family. I had every excuse to take care of everyone: my family, my friends, my employees, random strangers, etc! I helped everyone, but I didn’t see that the greatest life reward would begin when I take care of myself! Self care allows me to help others generously, fully present, and more energetically!!
My journey of 57 years brought me back to the real me: a silly, fun, transparent ray of light and love.
My greatest wish is to offer anyone wellness: body, mind and spirit! I am devoting my life to helping others with their journey to self. If I can help you, let’s talk! Just know.. it’s easier that you think, but you need to desire your goals enough to commit daily, offer yourself grace, and love yourself unconditionally. Everything else will take care of itself.

LIVE BIG! WE DESERVE TO HAVE A HUGE LIFE!! Enjoy it, and let’s be grateful for our blessings!! See you at the barre! 🖤💛🖤

I am grateful for LOVE! My experiences have blessed me with humility, wisdom, sovereignty, and compassion. I strive to live a life of service and community. And, I cultivate spaces where I find unconditional love, authenticity, and respect. Bloodlines do not equal TRUE family.

In a time when my Mexican people are being hunted and disgraced in America (worse than any animals), I am so PROUD to be Mexican and to be truly connected to Source.

Sometimes, it’s hard to speak our truth for many reasons and consequences. But, I promise to devote myself to transparency and authenticity today and always no matter the consequences.

I want to thank my soul family. You have opened your hearts, your homes, and any resources to embrace me with LOVE. I promise to learn to trust and to open my heart more to give and to receive. I promise to be a better human who feels, connects, supports, and enlightens. I pray that God continue to inspire my grace, empathy, strength, and wisdom for the good of all.

Thank you all for your love and trust. I promise this new era will be the biggest glow up of all time with devotion to service! Cheers to the Year of the Horse! Let’s go!!! 🐎 🐆🦄🐍🙏🙌❤️
