Today I celebrate one of the strongest people I get to call Mother. 🥲🥲🥲
Moma, today is special for so many reasons. You’ve endured so much, yet you continue to fight despite the odds. The love you have for your family is unmatched, and I will always make you my priority as long as I have breath in my body.
Yes, we work each other’s nerves sometimes, but girl, I would give my life for you over and over again if I had to. I don’t take a single second for granted because I choose to live and love in real time.
God gets all the praise, so I’m going to celebrate you 365 days a year, just as I always have, because someone else’s mother didn’t get this opportunity this morning.

Today I celebrate the man who truly showed me the meaning of true love. It wasn’t by chance that God brought us together—it was my prayer, and I’m grateful for every moment spent with you.
I know we are at a crossroads as we both navigate being caregivers, and our relationship has required sacrifices we never expected. But God’s favor is forever upon us. He knew you needed me to help navigate this process, and He knew I needed the love and support you have so unselfishly given me.
These setbacks will only make us stronger. Keeping God first, no matter what happens, is all that matters.

Happy 45th Birthday to me. ❤️
Although this isn’t how I imagined my day beginning, I’m still incredibly grateful to God for the gift of life and for allowing my mom to still be here, despite the circumstances we’re facing.
I intentionally didn’t make any birthday plans because I couldn’t bring myself to travel and risk something happening while I was away. My heart is exactly where it needs to be.

Today may look different than I expected, but my gratitude remains the same. Birthdays are a blessing, and I can always celebrate me when God says it’s time. Until then, I’ll continue to cherish every moment and thank Him for another year of life. 🙏🏾🎉❤️ by @ej_cole

It feels unreal posting this, but I know God’s plan is greater than man’s. Thank you for being the kind of big cousin who truly defined what family means to me.

I’ll miss every hug, every laugh, and all the good tea we spilled whenever we saw each other. I don’t know why we sometimes feel like certain people should live forever because of how good they are, but we all know that’s not how life works.

I’m going to miss you, cuz. Thank you for your genuine love and for the light you brought to so many lives. I love you❤️
