//‘Nav — in Slavic mythology, these are the spirits of the dead and the realm of ancestors. They embody the connection between the living and the departed, reminding us of the cycle of life and death. Nav preserves ancestral memory and the invisible threads that link us to those who lived before us. by @ejaneress

Svetiritm - Thicket

//‘ Sirin and Alkonost are mythological bird-maidens from Slavic tradition, associated with liminal states between joy and sorrow, the earthly and the divine. They often appear as a pair: Sirin brings melancholy and the memory of loss, while Alkonost carries comfort and hope.

Their singing does not affect the body, but the inner state of a person — drawing one into contemplation, oblivion, or quiet joy. Symbolically, Sirin and Alkonost embody the dual nature of human experience: the ability to hold pain and light, loss and acceptance at the same time. They represent an inner balance that emerges not through denial, but through the coexistence of emotions. taken in Forest by @ejaneress
