Eating right.

Sugar free peanut butter, white vinegar, soy sauce, water, garlic, Sriracha (may have sugar). All ro taste.

Saw a recipe post:

ground beef with garlic and green onion. It called for lettuce and cucumber. I substituted green squash raw and cabbage and julienne carrot.

Sometimes I lookup Latin and Greek words of origin. Root words. Suffixes. Spelling Bee people do this. American study used to do this, along with Latin. Words matter.

Did you know that when you take any digital photo, this happens?

Your latitude and longitude coordinates are set INTO the photo, your camera model, shutter speed, your elevation, your exposure speed, type of software in your camera (any camera, pro, camera, phone...), the name of your mobile device, date created, date edited, so much about you and where you are is recorded INTO the photo. Even photos with a field called: "Special Instructions" a code embedded into photos for a binary read out for the person snooping into your photos. Yep. Did you know? I did. So much we know the people that don't trust the controllers.

"But I don't anything illegal so I don't care!" Really? What about the guy that's lookin at your photo reading where you were when you took the photo?

EXIF. Read about it.

Did you know the same thing is done on your home printer? Absolutely. A detail all about you, where you bought your paper, your printer, where you were when you printed it.. Oh yeah baby. all about you!

Digital is Rad bro! Yep.

I am what you might call a "DEV". I create tools when I find cool stuff. I created this recently. The tools are free!

Next time you decide to wash your veges or fruit, ask yourself, "Would I drink this water?" I always use "good" water. Spring or distilled.

Is it better? I want to make my own mayonnaise too. And buttermilk instead of plain yogurt + vinegar. Is it healthier? I'd like to think so. 2 mayo to 1 buttermilk parts. Buttermilk fake here us plain yogurt and splash white vinegar. To taste: dill wead, pepper, salt, garlic. Don't measure just do it. I've made this with sour cream too instead of yogurt. Or heavy cream. Let's make dressing again. Sugar is a killer. Let's make bread too. My sourdough is bad, still working on it. by @ejbytes

I think I got to the bottom of it. Everyone wants to SELL you something.

Just tired.

Everyone has the "right ingredients". So I did some research.

And everyone is making their own AI videos saying what someone said 30 years ago in a public interview. "Use my code in checkout!"

Here are some ingredients and a chart, with types of binding elements. I guess there is no "ONE" protocol. I hope this helps!

Just a little thing called "agenda driven propaganda".

Something I call, "HR". An acronym that we all know.

If you know, HR is all about protecting the Corporation, not the individual. I digress though.

H = Heuristics (not just a word, not just 'computer science', it's very broad in scope. Used in cognition. "

R = Rhetoric. Also not just a word and a definition. In this context it's a multi-billion expenditure in media-content (programming).

And yes, Heuristic Rhetoric. HR. A tool to preserve the agenda by driving propaganda.
