The only evidence that I have is under any black light or security camera with no filter my eyes do this my mom and dad don't but I found out from a friend who had the same thing and on the internet that you have to have a special eye color to see it it's like a subtle undertone so if I go into say a nightclub with a 8 foot long black light they actually look like this but actually like a bluish green and they glow like that. So if I'm sitting under near a black light this is how my eyes show I literally found it out by accident back when iPhone 6 didn't have filters polarized to cut this effect out most of my cameras did this. by @ejohnmartel
