Peptides are signaling molecules that support different functions throughout the body. In topical skincare, certain peptides are used to support things like collagen + elastin, firmness, fine lines + skin repair. Formulas can also combine peptides with growth factors, antioxidants, barrier-supporting ingredients + other regenerative technologies. Here are a few I’ve loved this year + why each stands out:

1) @drdiamondsmetacine Instafacial Plasma: One of my favorites for skin regeneration + recovery, especially after treatments. It combines signaling peptides with 5 bioengineered, human-identical growth factors to support collagen, elastin + skin renewal. I also love its silky, lightweight texture.

2) @officialmedik8 Liquid Peptides Advanced: My pick for fine lines + wrinkles. Its 30% multi-peptide complex contains 13 peptides designed to support skin structure + target expression lines. This one consistently gives my skin extra bounce + a plumper, smoother look.

3) @sweetchemistrylabs : Powered by 3% clinically studied Matrikynes®, 315+ ECM-Extracted Polypeptides derived from the extracellular matrix of upcycled bone + originally developed for organ tissue repair research. Unlike the synthetic peptides commonly used in skincare, they’ve been studied for supporting skin density, hydration, barrier function + visible signs of aging. I love that the collection works as a cohesive routine or can easily be mixed into an existing one.

4) @angelacagliaskincare Cell Forté Serum: Powered by human MSC-conditioned media with exosomes, growth factors, peptides + cytokines to support collagen, skin renewal + resilience. It’s an investment, but I love it for long-term skin quality + replacing multiple serum steps while leaving my skin hydrated, smooth + glowy.

5) @alliesofskin Recover & Lift Duo: Two silky peptide serums that work beautifully together. The GF Advanced Lifting Serum targets firmness + wrinkles, while the Copper Tripeptide Serum focuses on repair + barrier resilience. My skincare routine changes with the seasons, so my products do too. ☁️
