What’s up, everyone?

Here’s a peek at a typical daily restock.

Today, I am getting a lift in and restocking my machine at The Original Metroflex Gym in Arlington, Texas.

I get a lot of questions regarding my vending machines and some of the challenges I face on a day-to-day basis.

In this reel, I highlight some of my steps during the restock process. This video could be informative for anyone curious about the vending machine business or considering getting started.

Follow for more informative vending machine content and to see daily inventory updates!

Lastly, reach out to see how the leading provider of Gym Vending Machine Services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex can benefit your training facility.

It shouldn’t have to be said, but apparently it does.

It doesn’t matter if you’re Mr. Olympia (@keone_prodigy) or an everyday gym-goer — PLEASE do not lower your shoulder and RAM our glass-front vending machines to get a product.

Our machines have clearly posted “NO SHAKE” signs for a reason. Ramming, shaking, or aggressively hitting a vending machine is not acceptable.

We are a small business that invests significant time, money, and resources into providing quality machines and convenient products for the gym community.

Damaging, mistreating or vandalizing someone else’s property isn’t cool, funny, or something we take lightly. These machines are expensive, and repairs come directly out of our pockets.

If a product gets stuck, CONTACT US. We are always happy to help resolve the issue.

Strength is impressive. Respect is expected. No title or accomplishment excuses mistreating someone else’s property.

Respect the equipment. Respect the business and gym. Use common sense.

Built for gyms that still train with intensity.

Our machines at No Fear Fitness stay stocked for the people putting real work in, not the people looking for shortcuts.

Energy. Hydration. Protein. Convenience.
Right where it’s needed.

Iron sharpens iron.
We’re proud to support a gym culture built on discipline and hard work.

Caught us filling the machine at Metroflex Mansfield… and saw an opportunity.

Thomas wanted free products.
We gave him a challenge instead:
👉 75 pushups. No breaks.

Most people talk. Few actually step up.

Thomas did the work and earned every item that came out of our machines.

Iron sharpens iron ⚔️ and that’s the culture we’re building around EJR Vending.

@tx_petehartin , you got some dawgs at your facility. 🐾

Leveling up another partnership.

EJR Vending is officially partnering with F45 Training Mansfield.

We’re proud to continue expanding with facilities that care about performance, energy, and member experience. From hydration and pre workout to better grab-and-go options, our goal is simple: keep athletes fueled and ready to perform.

This partnership represents what we’re building with gyms across DFW, clean setups, strong relationships, and products that actually move.

Iron sharpens iron. Let’s get to work. 💪

Most people talk about “community.”
This is what it actually looks like.

Packed house at Metroflex Mansfield.
Athletes. Brands. Real lifters. No fluff.

We showed up, connected, and made noise.
If you were there, you felt it. If not, we’ll catch you at the next one.

This is what EJR Vending stands on.
Not just machines. Culture.

We’re just getting started. taken in MetroFlex Gym - Mansfield, TX by @ejrvending
