Speechless 🖤

“I wish I looked more like you”
“I wish I was stronger like you”
“I wish I was disciplined like you”

I get lost for words when I receive compliments like these.
It’s a beautiful feeling that I can inspire others but I honestly don’t know what to say, other than…you literally CAN!
As cliche as it sounds, you can become WHATEVER YOU WANT.

These things didn’t happen overnight for me, it’s wasn’t luck.
It’s been consistent repetition after repetition.

The best part is, you can too! All you have to do is START.

I love helping other women to unlock this and become HER.

COMEBACK SZN.

Cool little edit from our shoot with @ejvisual.s and @ozbodybuildinghub just one day after the ProQ.

We touch on the season that was, and just how much it meant to me, to be back up on stage after such a long time away from the sport.

I truly am blessed to have not only achieved great results, but to fall in love with the sport all over again…meeting so many like minded athletes along the way, to making lifelong friendships is something I’ll be forever grateful for.

How fucking good is bodybuilding 🖤 by @ejvisual.s
