Today, I graduated as a certified National Agric Business Development Service Provider (AG-BDSP), the first of its kind in Nigeria for the work we have been doing within the Agric-business ecosystem. This certification has empowered and emboldened me not just to run agribusiness but help other investors or intending and existing SMEs to start, grow and expand in the Agric-business Ecosystem. This opportunity was brought together by @enterprisedevelopmentcentre of Pan-Atlantic University in Lagos Business School, sponsored by AGRA, @smedangov, @kaduna_businessschool.This is a Transformation journey pivoting from Agribusiness operator to becoming a coach to other Agric-business SMES helping them to start and navigate the entrepreneurial development and journey. Excited to share that i was selected for a fully funded program(a scholarship program) as Agric-Business Development Service Provider by @AGRA in partnership with @panatlanticuniversity , @kaduna_businessschool and @smedangov This offers me a great opportunity to be trained and nationally recognized to help other small holders farmers, medium-sized farmers and large-scale farmers to develop and build a profitable agribusiness ventures. This is not limited to just crop farmers but agri-processors and agripreneurs in different value chain of the agric ecosystem. This has further equipped me to develop our recently launched Oil Palm Plantation (FLOURISH OIL PALM CITY) agribusiness in Cross River State and Ondo State.For any investors looking at entering the agribusiness ecosystem, I am now more equipped to offer you advisory services and directions in starting, growing and scaling your agribusiness enterprises.I did it with Cassava Farming and now with Palm Oil Plantation enterprise and soon to be announced processing and distribution of the same within the Country and also beyond Nigeria.The training started out today with several facilitators from @panatlanticuniversity and will run through this month of June 2026.Watch this Space for more. by @ekenedubude

My trip to the Federal Capital are never completed until I have touched @streamsofjoyabuja.From Thursday Midweek service till this early morning NSPPD, JESUS!!!! IT IS BEYOND WHAT WORDS CAN DESCRIBE. WHAT GOD CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST true and true.THURSDAY MIDWEEK PRAYERS AND WORDS, WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD: "I AM A JESUS MACHINE", "I CANNOT GO BACK EMPTY HANDED". THANK YOU @u.g.u.r.u I am an ardent follower of NSPPD (ONLINE MEMBER) BUT I WAS THERE LIVE for the first time in 3 years. What goes on physically in the venue is nothing compared to what we get online. Praying in the same room and space physically can never be compared with streaming online but I am not stopping.As God has always ordered my step, behind me at the elevator in the AirPort, low and behold, it is @u.g.u.r.u AKA ELROI U. Joined a a national discuss on Housing deficit, Landlord-Tenant Relationship and Tenancy Law in Nigeria on the invitation of Nigeria Television Authority, NTA LAGOS @ntanetworkA National television we grew up watching extended me and invite to address some national crisis in the real estate and housing sector. We all need to step up to the plate to address the 15.2Million housing deficit we currently have i. Nigeria. This suggests that we we need 700,000 housing unit built annually consistently for tbe next 28 years. In that 28years, Nigeria is estimated to have 420 million population. This gap keeps expanding and something needs to be done urgently to close this gap. As of today we can only build 100,000 housing units nationwide. There's vacuum and that is what will keep minting Billionaires in the sector. by @ekenedubude

Few days ago heading to NTA Lagos to go discuss on the housing deficit in Nigeria.As a country growing at almost 2million births every year with current 15.2Million housing deficit.This is not a pandemic any longer , it is now a national crisis that needs everyone's contribution.It is private sector driven and we must so something urgently to change this statistics.Government alone cannot build enough houses required to curb this alarming house deficit. Real Estate market will never be saturated. For as long as we keep giving birth the demand for houses will never go out of demand. by @ekenedubude
