New Neighbors 新鄰居創作者社群日｜活動介紹⓪⓪⑧░ 新鄰居：在地、國際交流 ░ 線上短講分享 ░ 本場活動「Global/Local Exchange 國際交流」聚焦於當代創意科技與數位藝術實踐中的跨文化對話，以「新鄰居（new neighbors）」為概念，本次邀集來自台灣以及東南亞各地的創意科技工作者、設計師、藝術家與教育者，共同分享各自的創作實踐、工作方法與所處的文化與社會脈絡。我們希望透過並置多元觀點，開啟一個跨地域、跨文化的交流場域，促進彼此之間的理解與連結。活動將以線上形式進行（Zoom），並同步直播、免費開放參與。全程以英文進行，搭配即時字幕與自動翻譯，提供雙語支持。內容包含短講分享與座談討論，並邀請觀眾一同參與提問與交流。在全球化與在地脈絡交織的當代情境中，本次交流將特別關注跨文化合作、開源實踐，以及在地與全球視角之間的張力與可能性，期望透過集體對話，激發新的思考與未來合作的契機。░ NEW NEIGHBORS: Local/Global Exchange ░ Online Short Talks ░ Local / Global Exchange focuses on cross-cultural dialogues within contemporary creative technology and digital art practices. Framed through the concept of New Neighbors, the event brings together creative technologists, designers, artists, and educators from Taiwan, as well as across Southeast Asia, to share their creative practices, working methodologies, and the cultural and social contexts that shape their work.By placing diverse perspectives in conversation, we hope to create a space for transnational and intercultural exchange that fosters understanding, connection, and future collaboration. The event will take place online via Zoom and will be livestreamed for public participation. The program will be conducted in English, with live captions and automatic translation available to support bilingual access. The session will include a series of short presentations followed by a panel discussion and audience Q&A.At a moment when global and local realities are increasingly intertwined, this gathering will explore questions of cross-cultural collaboration, open-source practices, and the tensions and possibilities that emerge between local and global perspectives.
