Really enjoyed that dance session in Berlin a few months ago, and I had some pieces of videos I wanted to share 😊✨ Waves, curves, circular motions.. I had a different focus during that day and it was interesting to notice how much it changed my dance, but also the way I was feeling while dancing !

It feels great to feel so much evolution in my dance this year ✨ Not technically but more in my approach towards dance, in the way I look and exchange with others, or look at my own moves with more intensity, in what I allow myself to do, in the way I use space, in the variations of energy and variations in musicality I'm looking for, in my overall attitude 🥰
I feel much more freedom, much more self confidence and I'm judging myself way less than I used to, so it's feeling amazing !
Also really love to dance to song from @binaofficial lately ♥️ Love the atmospheres she creates. by @eks.waii

Lovely dance session in this beautiful natural environment despite that crazy heat wave last week 🥵🥵
I did a 20min session and I was sweating sooooo much..
I never experienced that feeling before.. I really don't get the people not believing in climate change 🤯 and not believing we, humans, are responsible about it, while this is so obvious !!
On my side, going vegan many years ago felt like the most meaningful and impactful personal action I could do on a daily basis, for the environment but also for the animals of course. by @eks.waii

Here are my preselection, top16 & top8 rounds.

I was feeling great and also really confident that day, so I felt like I was able to share a lot, I'm really happy with what I did in those different rounds !
My main goal was to take my time 🍃 but I also managed to play a lot with musicality, to develop some contrasts with the speed, the attitudes & the textures... And the most important was that I also had fun and expressed myself 🥰✨

Playing with gravity during another train ride 🚂
I was already listening to this beautiful song from @in.iko,
I put my phone on a seat and spontaneously tried something ✨

These last weeks I travelled to Geneva, Hamburg, Berlin, Paris, Aurillac, back to Grenoble, Geneva again and now I'm on my way to Prague 😵‍💫 Way too many trains, but sooo many beautiful moments with many lovely friends ❤️‍🔥 by @eks.waii

I definitely feel like putting myself into a specific and personal character when I get into this kind of shapes & postures ✨ kinda like an animal, waving around.

I really love how powerful it feels to be dancing like this and I love the energy coming out of it ❤️‍🔥
All the parts of my body are connected in a beautiful way and it puts me in a state where I simply let myself go completely. by @eks.waii

These drums got me kinda crazy 🥹
I almost forgot about that one but right after I recorded that Krump choreo, I also played with groove and musicality on this sick rhythm !!!
I discovered the song the night before and I was already hyping myself so much in my bed 😂

Mostly playing with two layers of the music here but there are so many ways to approach this ✨
@gee.snpz approach towards musicality and timing was another really interesting part of his workshop ❤️‍🔥 by @eks.waii

Forgiving can be a really complicated process sometimes, mostly when people don't manage to realize and acknowledge their own mistakes ❤️‍🩹

Last week I discovered @gee.snpz approach on krump ✨
Soo interesting once again 🙏🏿 Thank yoouu
Loving all these dance workshops lately !!
We learned that choreo during the week and I add a little bit of impro parts into it ❤️‍🔥

I feel like I should defeinitely keep training krump, I love the energy, the storytelling, the expressiveness.. there is something really raw and powerful that has always attracted me in that dance 🔥 by @eks.waii
