Where do I even begin???As a proud NEW YORKER, seeing the city come alive after going some tough times has been such a beautiful feeling. Much of my own energy has felt the same way: feeling uninspired, unmotivated, losing passion for all the things that brought me so much joy but experiencing this all together, with strangers, with neighbors, its been such a special feeling, something I will truly never forgetDefinitely telling my kids that I walked the whole length of manhattan to get to the parade LOL but either way, I get to tell them when that the Knicks did that IN FIVE!#Knickstape COMPLETE by @ekua.pm

I sat on this video for two years! Why? Honestly, thinking about the perfect time to release it which actually makes ZERO sense! But here’s what I do know: every single day is borrowed time, and joy is meant to be shared, not saved. My cousin, my brother, my mentor: Rama Horus Zomaletho passed away unexpectedly this saturday. His presence lit up every room he entered and he made sure to have fun with everything he did. He believed in me when I doubted myself, guided me through my many life transitions and career changes. He showed me what true generosity and brilliance look like. Losing him has shaken my family to the core.
