I’ve come a very long way, and I’m grateful. There’s a lot of love in my life and it carries me through again and again. by @el_cello

May we giggle together til the end of time. ☀️

“Nature never stays on one level. There is a constant vibration. Variety is a law of nature. Good music has never monotony. We must give to a melody its natural life. Each note is like a link in a chain - important in itself and also a connection between what has been and what will be. When we play, these links become living art.” - Pablo Casals

📖 “We now have a candidate for the mind of God. It is cosmic music.” - Stephon Alexander

This past year has been an overflow of creative joy.

“The subatomic particles we see in nature, the quarks, the electrons are nothing but musical notes on a tiny vibrating string… Physics is nothing but the laws of harmony that you can write on vibrating strings… The universe is a symphony of vibrating strings.” - Michio Kaku

It’s good to be me.

Shortly before he passed, my grandfather gifted me a book on Pablo Casals that was given to him. There’s a loving inscription from a friend, written long before I was brought to this planet. I like to think of them and their appreciation for the man who bestowed upon me his passion for music and for the cello, and feel their love for him as by @el_cello

Allow us to introduce our Composer, the lovely EL SILARD (@cello.mami), out of Washington DC! For El, making music is necessary. She has no other choice ⚡️

As far as *listening* to music, El is stuck on “E Luxo So” by Rosa Passos and DJ Harrison’s Stashboxxx at the moment. Some of El’s other loves include food-oriented adventures, drum patterns that make you do the stank face 😤, anime, and seeing people make art that’s genuine and inspired.

“There’s so many talented and passionate people involved in @playlist.film. I can’t wait to see how everyone’s strengths come together to bring to life a story that feels so good & classic & delicious,” says El.

So take “[the] chance to support and see real art made by real people that’s inspired by love and cultivated by community” like El told ya and pledge to @playlist.film’s crowdfunding campaign todayyyy ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 by @el_cello
