🇲🇽 Santiago, Nuevo León A Little Piece of History

Some places are worth wandering through without a plan, and Santiago is definitely one of them.

From the colorful murals and cobblestone streets to the beautiful Parroquia de Santiago Apóstol, this Pueblo Mágico has a character all its own.

One of the most fascinating things I learned was the story behind the church steps, where I was told Santiago's Día de Muertos altar tradition first began. Standing in a place with that much history makes you appreciate the culture and traditions that have been passed down through generations.

Beautiful architecture, incredible history, and another unforgettable corner of Mexico. 🇲🇽

Monterrey Hits Different 🇲🇽⛳️🏔️

A little business, a little golf, and some incredible views of the Sierra Madre. Hard to complain about a day on the course with mountains like these in the background.

Monterrey, México. Definitely a place I never get tired of coming back to. 🇲🇽

From graduation day to one last family adventure before the next chapter begins. Watching our son earn his uniform and become the man he is today has filled us with more pride than words can express. Now he begins his journey to Germany for his first duty station, carrying our love, support, and a little piece of home with him wherever he goes.

We are incredibly proud of you, @gantztrenton . Serve with honor, stay strong, embrace every opportunity, and never forget how deeply you are loved. Germany is gaining one remarkable soldier and this family will be cheering you on every step of the way. 🇺🇸🇩🇪❤️

Daytona doesn’t whisper… it revs. 🏁

Race cars in the lobby, ocean air outside, and that Florida speedway energy everywhere.

Some mornings remind you what you’re made of.

We climbed Koko Head before sunrise, straight up the old tramline, and it was absolutely grueling. Every step felt like a choice: stop, turn around, or keep going.

I kept thinking: burn the boats. No easy way back. No excuses. Just forward.

Hell of a morning. Hell of a view. Even better doing it with one of my best friends. @richardellis1980 by @el_hefefg

Watching Hawaiian monk seals move through the water from a respectful distance one of those rare Hawaii moments that makes you stop, slow down, and just appreciate where you are.

Wild. Protected. Beautiful. Exactly as it should be.

We found ourselves standing at the ranch where Jurassic Park was filmed 🦖🌿
Not a set. Not CGI. The real landscape that helped bring one of the most iconic films in history to life.
There’s something surreal about being there the scale, the quiet, the way the land feels completely untouched by time. You understand instantly why this place was chosen. Every angle feels cinematic. Every breeze through the trees feels like the moment right before something incredible happens.
It didn’t feel like a movie location.
It felt like stepping into another world.
Swipe through for the views, the details, and a little piece of movie history 🌴🎬🦖 by @el_hefefg
