Honored and grateful to receive this recognition from Bridgeport Public Schools for my involvement in the parent engagement program.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Principal Dr. Sarah Jane-Henry and Vice Principal Diana Lipman of Paul Laurence Dunbar School for their leadership, support, and unwavering commitment to our students and families. Your dedication creates an environment where parents are encouraged to be active partners in education, and I am proud to serve alongside you.

I would also like to thank Interim Superintendent Dr. Royce Avery and Bridgeport Public Schools for this recognition. It is truly appreciated and serves as motivation to continue advocating for our children and strengthening the connection between families, schools, and the community.

Being a parent is one of the most important roles I have, and serving as PAC President has allowed me to help make a positive impact beyond my own children. This recognition belongs not only to me, but to every parent, educator, and community member who works each day to support our students’ success.
