Dragonland.

My second intervention in Hong Kong for @hkwalls was an 8x8 meter playground installation at @pmqhkdesign.

The design was inspired by a tabletop game known as Health and Happiness Chess, which was popular among children in Hong Kong from the late 1960s to the early 1990s. The game consists of 100 squares over a playground-themed background and is played with a single dice. Characters in the playground are depicted engaging in various recreational activities, which influence the gameplay: players may advance, go back, or pause for one turn depending on the square they land on. The first player to reach the final square wins.

I reimagined this vintage game in my own visual style, integrating elements of the playground to form a large dragon mask — a design that reveals itself only when viewed from an upper floor at a certain distance.

I was very pleased with the final result, and the installation was warmly received by the public, especially by the children who visited and interacted with it.

Thanks to @hkwalls and @iic_hongkong for making it possible.

My last big wall in Galaţi, Romania for @htagfestival

Inspired by the local fauna, I created this colorful mural where psychedelic patterns, humanized animals, plant and surrealistic characters are combined together in a cahotic harmony.

A special tnx to @crsscutaru and to all the other great artist whit whom I shared this funny week in Romania.

"U Sciuchē D'u Ciúccē"

"The Game Of The Donkey"

My last big project in my hometown, Martina Franca in Puglia.
It's a huge tablegame inspired by the classic "Gioco dell'Oca", but revisited with the symbol and the typical architectures of my hometown: Trulli, grapes, tomatoes, towers and the donkeys of Martina Franca; a native breeds donkeys that you can see only in Valle d'Itria.

Let's come to Martina Franca to enjoy the game!

Videos soon....

LA VIVIENDA NO ES UN JUEGO
GAME OVER A LA ESPECULACIÓN

La ciudad no es un tablero de juego.
Las casas no son fichas.
Los barrios no son inversiones.

Vivir no debería ser una partida que solo pueden ganar quienes especulan.

A chance visit to a secondhand bookshop in Tartu led El Rughi (IT) 🇮🇹 into the wonderfully strange world of old Estonian children’s books 🍓🍄👑 The characters he discovered there sparked his imagination – and began taking on new lives in his own work.

The art works @el_rughi made during Stencibility spraycation can now be found at a bakery on Pikk Street, on Ülikooli Street and under Freedom bridge in the Tartu city centre📍

A self-taught graffiti artist based in Barcelona, El Rughi combines graffiti, underground comics, psychedelic culture and childhood imagination into what he calls “children-friendly psychedelic paintings.”
