POSTS STORIES REELS

waited to post until stage photos were out… but for those that didn’t know, i’ve spent the past 4.5 months prepping for a natural bodybuilding show! After lifting for seven years i said why the hell not.
Thank you to my coach @anthony_james24 for guiding me through my first prep and always answering all of my silly questions about the meal plan.
@jlkfit_ifbbpro for help with posing and advice through this process
And a special shoutout to @ewasavealot for the motivation to compete in a show, bikini shopping advice and posing practice
Lastly, a thank you to all my friends, family, and coworkers for supporting me through this process especially throughout the last few (hungry) weeks of prep!
This whole experience was incredible and i might be back for more soon 😈
