Marina Mia’s “Breathe (out)” is a quiet, intimate reflection on fear, release, and the struggle to let go. Moving between English and Spanish, the song feels deeply personal, with every word landing like a confession.

Filmed live at Silver Gun Records in the Arts District. Recorded, mixed, and mastered live by Alexis Rodriguez.

Before ➡️ After.
Crazy what a vision (and a LOT of work) can turn into.

Swipe to see the transformation — from an empty room to a space built for creating, recording, experimenting, and bringing ideas to life.

This studio isn’t just gear — it’s a home for music, community, and moments we’ll remember. Grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. 🎛️✨ by @elaletsis

2025 a year overflowing with love, family, and adventure. A year with the least sleep, the most work, and the first signs of long-planted seeds finally beginning to bloom.

But the biggest lesson? Life isn’t measured by how much we build, but by who we build it with.
And when the seasons get heavy, it’s those connections that quietly hold us up, remind us why we started, and turn the chaos into something beautiful. by @elaletsis
