Throwback to The Golden Shanghai Era at Sunway Sanctuary, celebrating the International Day of Older Persons with a beautiful blend of culture, creativity and connection. 🏮❤️

From making traditional Chinese fans to learning how to make mung bean cakes, I had so much fun immersing myself in these Shanghai-inspired workshops!

The highlight? Ending the evening with a delicious Shanghai-inspired dinner, accompanied by festive entertainment that brought the whole celebration to life.

Beyond the festivities, it was a lovely reminder that ageing is about more than just growing older. It’s about continuing to explore new interests, building meaningful connections and enjoying life to the fullest. At Sunway Sanctuary, senior living is all about embracing an active, fulfilling lifestyle with opportunities for wellness, recreation, social connection and healthcare support. ✨

Japanese hotpot in TRX from just RM39.80?! 😍

I had such a satisfying meal at Sukiyaki Exchange 106. For just RM39.80++, you get unlimited beef, lamb and chicken, plus seafood, fresh vegetables, noodles and drinks included.

Don’t skip dessert! The Tokyo Cheese Bingsu is exclusive here, and there are lots of ice cream flavours to end the meal on a sweet note.

Staying active is all about moving, having fun and enjoying the moment, but little bumps and scrapes can happen anytime. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Had a great time at the Hansaplast’s First Aid Day 2026 run, where we got to experience the Hansaplast 3-Step Routine through fun, hands-on activities and learn more about first aid tip.

1️⃣ CLEANSE: Clean the wound and help protect it from infection.
2️⃣ PROTECT: Protect the wound to block 99% dirt and bacteria, 100% waterproof and everyday irritants.
3️⃣ HEAL: Support the wound faster healing process while keeping it moisturised and protected.

Because life’s little bumps are inevitable. Being prepared makes all the difference. 💙

A good rise takes more than just the right baking ingredients. ✨

I was invited to witness the launch of ‘Rise with Mauri’, a meaningful campaign by AB Mauri Malaysia in collaboration with Ibupreneur. The initiative empowered 20 women micro-entrepreneurs from the B40 community through a hands-on baking masterclass, equipping them with practical baking skills, product development knowledge and valuable industry insights to help turn their passion into sustainable businesses.

AB Mauri also donated 3 chillers to selected entrepreneurs and Ibupreneur’s Central Kitchen, providing practical support to help grow their food businesses. 💯
