Six months ago my entire goal was to get back into prep so I could step back on stage... and I even said "I dont care if I place".

I had gone through a season of turmoil from the day the hurricanes crashed into Tampa Bay to a year later when I spent every day for six weeks walking my bestfriend through an unfortunately familiar experience for me... her widow journey.

When I came home I felt this deep fire in my belly to take control over my life and went to something that is familiar and in some ways robotic.

You see to survive prep, you almost have to become a machine:
Every meal = planned
Every workout = planned
Every hour of my daily routine = planned.

Getting results to win was icing on the cake. I wanted to get back on stage, but I understood that the time I took off would come at a cost... and although I won my class, I paid.

I got 2nd in Masters 35+ which put me just short of my pro card, my ultimate goal. I fought for my pro card in the overall, but ultimately it went to the same competitor who beat me in Masters.

Its taken me a few days (& lots of tears) to just accept the reality, I was so close to winning my pro card.

There were definitely challenges behind the scenes (and backstage)... the show ran several hours behind, leaving me under nourished, fatigued and not at my peak. My coach was unable to be there last minute, and my cheering section slowly diminished as the timing was so off they couldn’t stay until 9pm… but we truly believe what I brought to the stage was the best package I’ve brought so far!

I am looking forward to getting the judges feedback to find out why I missed it by "that much"🤏

In the meantime, if you have wished me congratulations and my response has felt a little off, just know I am trying to shake it off and celebrate my win... 1st in my class! Two and a half years ago at my first show, winning first in my class was my dream that I just barely missed.

We will see what is next, but I definitely know this was not my last show.

I know how it feels to be overweight.
I know how it feels to hate yourself.
I know how it feels to have low self-worth.
I know how it feels to be deep into lazy & addictive habits.
I know how it feels to bargain with yourself.
I know how it feels to reach enough is enough.
I know how it feels to visualize the life you want for yourself.
I know how it feels to give up on motivation and engage discipline.
I know how it feels to reach a lifelong dream. ✨️

Where are you at, and are you ready to get past enough is enough? by @elanasfit

You've probably heard the buzz around NAD+ and NMN, especially if you've been paying attention to conversations about longevity and healthy aging. But do you actually know what they do?

NAD+ plays an essential role in how your body converts nutrients into energy, repairs DNA, and maintains healthy cellular function. Researchers have also observed changes in NAD+ metabolism as we age.

So what does that mean for you, and why are people supplementing with NR and NMN?

In Episode 13 of Dissolving Differences, Ann and I break down the science in a way that actually makes sense. We're talking cellular energy, healthy aging, the research behind these ingredients, and why Prime NAD+ and Prime NMN are two different formulas.

If you've been curious about the NAD+ conversation, this is a great place to start!

The fitness industry loves to sell the idea of a 30-day transformation. The supplement industry isn’t much different.

We’re constantly being sold the idea that there’s a faster way to lose weight, build muscle, have more energy, or feel better in our bodies.

The problem is that we start expecting results in weeks that realistically take months or even years. When those expectations aren’t met, we get discouraged, abandon our routines, and start looking for the next solution.

As a bodybuilder, I’ve learned that there’s a difference between supporting your progress and expecting a product to do the work for you.

That’s one of the reasons I incorporate Isotonix into my lifestyle. I believe in giving my body the nutritional support it needs while I continue putting in the work through training, nutrition, and consistency.

Supplements aren’t a substitute for healthy habits. They’re meant to complement them.

The goal isn’t to find something that works for 30 days. It’s to build a lifestyle that works for years.

Your habits build the foundation. Your supplements support it. Your consistency makes the difference.

Curious about how Isotonix fits into my routine? Let’s talk.

Ever taken a fat burner and thought, "Oh, I can FEEL this working!" 👀

That extra energy, the sweating, the feeling that your metabolism just kicked into high gear.

Here's the thing. Feeling something happening and actually losing body fat are two very different things.

So where does GoTrim Thermochrome V6 fit into the picture?

In Episode 12 of Dissolving Differences, we're exploring thermogenesis, caffeine, Capsimax, and the science behind ingredients marketed to support metabolism and energy.

We're also getting into something we think more people should understand: just because an ingredient has been clinically studied doesn't necessarily mean the finished supplement delivers the same results.

We're not here to blindly repeat marketing claims. We're here to understand what we're putting into our bodies and share what we're learning along the way.

I’m not interested in chasing people down, filling their inboxes, or convincing them to buy something they don’t want.

I’d rather become someone they WANT to buy from. Someone who actually uses the products, understands the ingredients, does the research, and can answer questions beyond what’s written on the label.

That’s why I’m pouring so much into educating myself, sharing what I’m learning through our podcast, and making these products part of my everyday routine.

I’m a bodybuilder who lives by macros, runs a social media agency, organizes homes, travels constantly, and genuinely loves finding ways to support my health while keeping up with everything I do.

This business fits into that lifestyle.

Of course I want customers. Of course I want to build a team. I’d love for my family and friends to think of me first when they’re shopping for vitamins, but I also know that trust isn’t built by asking for someone’s business every five minutes. It’s built by consistently showing up, knowing what you’re talking about, and practicing what you preach.

So that’s what I’m doing. Learning. Sharing. Living it.

Hopefully, along the way, the right people will decide they want to build something alongside me. Until then, I’ll just keep showing up.

You can buy the supplements, download the meal plan, stock your fridge, and tell yourself THIS is the time you're finally going to make a change.

Then comes the part nobody can do for you. Actually following through.

We've spent the last several episodes exploring the science behind GoTrim Thin, Slim, Core and ACTS. Now we're bringing the whole conversation together with the GoTrim 30-Day Jump-Start Program.

What does a structured 30-day plan actually look like? Why does it begin with a seven-day cleanse? How do nutrition, supplements and exercise fit together? What happens when the 30 days are over?

Ann also shares her personal experience following the program, while Elana brings a bodybuilder's perspective on nutrition, preserving muscle and creating habits that are realistic beyond a temporary diet.

The goal isn't to be perfect for 30 days. It's to build something you can continue on day 31.

Apparently, there's a big back party and nobody thought to invite me?! 😂

I've been training for this event for YEARS.

If we're talking lats, delts, and back gains, I believe I've earned my spot on the guest list.

Who's coming with me? 💪

#BackDay #WomenWhoLift #BodybuildingHumor #GirlsWhoLift #GymHumor by @elanasfit

Hear me out... 🙃

Struggling mentally or emotionally? Work out.

Want to feel more confident in your own skin? Work out.

Want to improve your health? Work out.

Feeling like you're not accomplishing anything? Work out.

Struggling with discipline or consistency? Work out.

Need more routine and structure in your life? Work out.

Want to make better food choices? Work out.

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in your own head? Work out.

There's a reason I believe so strongly in strength training, and it goes WAY beyond what you see in the mirror.

You start showing up for yourself. You make promises to yourself and actually keep them. You set goals, put in the work, and eventually get to see what all that effort adds up to.

That kind of confidence doesn't stay in the gym. It carries over into other areas of your life.

Of course, lifting weights won't magically fix everything. Some problems need more than a workout.

Still, I can't think of many areas of life that wouldn't benefit from being physically stronger, mentally more resilient, and a little more disciplined.

So yeah, my answer is... get jacked. 💪

Wouldn't it be nice if we could predict a stressful day and just take something to make it easier? 😂

The more we learn about how our bodies respond to stress, the more interesting this conversation gets.

Cortisol has somehow become the villain of the wellness world, even though we actually NEED it. Then there are adaptogens, adrenal support, thyroid health and a whole collection of ingredients that work differently in the body.

So where does ACTS fit into all of this? Can a supplement really help support your body's response to stress? What does the research say, and what can you realistically expect?

We unpacked all of it in Episode 10 of Dissolving Differences, including why managing stress doesn't necessarily mean eliminating the things that make life stressful.

I’ve been in a build phase since March, and while I’ve definitely been eating like it, getting to the gym consistently has been a struggle. 😅

Between business, relationships, and everything else life throws at me, sometimes working out feels like one more thing I have to fit into an already busy day.

I’m trying to find more balance because when I’m in competition prep, it’s hard to make time for much else. At the same time, I know that not getting to the gym isn’t helping me reach my goals.

I want to compete again next summer, and I don’t want to bring the same package I’ve brought before. I’ve got a few months left in this build, and I really want to make them count.

It feels good to lift heavy and realize I haven’t lost as much strength as I feared.

I don’t necessarily consider going to the gym a privilege. Having a body that’s capable of doing it, though? That’s something I don’t want to take for granted.

🍕 Can I eat an entire pizza, take Isotonix Core, and pretend the carbs never happened?

Nice try! 😂

Here's where the science gets interesting.

When you eat starchy foods like bread, rice, pasta, or potatoes, your body uses an enzyme called alpha-amylase to help break down those starches.

White kidney bean extract contains compounds that can inhibit that enzyme's activity, potentially reducing how much starch gets digested and absorbed.

That's the science behind what's commonly called a "starch blocker."

Does that mean carbs don't count anymore? Absolutely not! But understanding how ingredients work is a great place to start when deciding whether a supplement belongs in your routine.
