A little reminder that progress is STILL progress. 🤎

I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m so far from where I used to be. And that deserves to be celebrated.

Rebounding has played a huge role in this journey — not just physically, but in helping me fall in love with moving my body again. 🥹✨

No rushing. No perfection. Just showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process.

Same girl. New habits. Different results. 🫶🏽

And we’re not done yet. 🔥

Today was so much fun! 🔥🔥🔥

I’m learning to de-center weight loss and make more room for the things that genuinely make me happy.

Choosing fitness spaces where I feel welcomed and embraced with bodies that look like mines….

Friendships that feel aligned…..

A life where I can prioritize my health without making it my whole world. ✨

I recently started listening to Rewrite Your Rules by Morgan DeBaun, and it has me thinking about how I approach this season of improving my health and wellness. 🌱

One thing I’m realizing is that I don’t want my entire life to revolve around my weight.

I don’t want to avoid going out to eat because I’m worried about calories. I don’t want to be afraid to cook a delicious meal because I might overeat. I don’t want every decision I make to be centered around losing weight.

Yes, I have goals. Yes, I want to be healthier, stronger, and more disciplined. But I also want to LIVE.

I want to enjoy food, create memories, try new restaurants, cook meals I love, and experience life without constantly feeling like I’m breaking some rule.

I’m learning that balance is just as important as discipline.

This journey isn’t just about releasing weight. It’s about creating a lifestyle that feels good, is sustainable, and allows me to enjoy the life I’m working so hard to improve.

Because what’s the point of becoming healthier if I’m not allowing myself to enjoy living?

The goal is wellness, not obsession. by @elanjolee

Things I’ve been enjoying lately outside of health and fitness….🌱

I have been cooking a lot and had these two for awhile. Thinking of going back vegan but still can remix the meals!

This came from my huge cactus plant! I am using alot of what I already have to add to the decor of my house!

Ross + Marshall’s for the win!

New babies!

More cuttings to add to new pots for around the house!

Went thrifting for home decor and found great things!

Found this lamp! I can’t wait to paint the shade!

Found this painting. I know some may hate it but I’m in love! by @elanjolee

Pilates x Strength at home 🔥💪🏽

Turned on the heater, grabbed my weights, and pressed play by Marie Steffen @mariesteff workout! Bringing the heated Pilates studio vibes right into my home.

Eating breakfast like a KING, lunch like a QUEEN, and dinner like a SERVANT.

And somewhere in between… weight training.

Do I love lifting? Absolutely not. 😂
Do I know I need it? Absolutely.

The goal is balance, consistency, and getting stronger-even when the workout I need most is the one I’d rather skip.

On this health and fitness journey…..

You went to the park for “a little workout” and suddenly you’re fighting for your life 😂🌴💪🏾

Fresh air, sunshine, good music & a workout that costs $0.00.

Miami really said: who needs a gym?

POV: You live in Miami and Maurice A. Ferré Park is one of your favorite places to get a workout in 🌴☀️🏃🏾‍♀️

Fresh air, beautiful views, good energy, and a workout? Say less. 😮‍💨✨

Miami really makes it easy to romanticize your wellness routine. 💪🏾🌿

My TOP 5 rebounding moves… but on boots! 🔥

If you know me, you know I LOVE rebounding—but putting on my boots gives me that same bounce-on-the-go feeling!

These are 5 of my go-to moves when I want to get moving, have fun, and turn up the energy:

1️⃣ Basic Bounce
2️⃣ Jumping Jacks
3️⃣ Scissors
4️⃣ Twist
5️⃣ Double front + back

Which one are you trying first? 👀👇🏾

10 years of rebounding → now taking the bounce beyond the rebounder. 💪🏾✨
