A little taste of the cool down we’ve been waiting all summer for 🍂

A hint of cooler air, a gorgeous sunrise, and so many faces at the Clubhouse this weekend. Old friends catching up and new ones meeting for the first time.

This is our favorite part of running and walking. It just has a way of bringing people together.

Big thanks to our Hydration Heroes, Jon + Ritesh (Sat) and Maria (Sun), for keeping everyone watered.

See you Sat & Sun, 7am. And next Sunday is Short Stack Sunday, so bring your appetite for miles and pancakes. 🥞

Can’t wait that long? Join us Tuesday at 6:30pm for Hop & Sprint at Hop & Sting for a few short, social miles. taken in Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers by @elawrence67

First full weekend of 2023 has been a good one! Racing, more running, friends, food and family time!! I even skipped my Sunday nap because Ziggy wants to be outside running and chasing a ball 🐶💙

Freezing temperatures couldn’t stop this holiday tradition! 🥶 Our annual Christmas Eve run was much colder than previous years but still so much fun! 🎄❄️🎅🏻❄️🎄

Firecracker 5k 🧨
Hot 🔥 and Humid!! 🥵

It’s been months since I’ve run a race but it’s still so much fun. I had no idea what to expect so I ignored my watch. It definitely wasn’t a fast one but my I didn’t slow down (or die) during the last mile. Good enough for 10th F and 1st in my AG 🥇

I’m already looking forward to the next one! Hope everyone has a Happy Holiday Weekend! 🇺🇸

Ziggy loves track night! He’s a doggie triathlete - ball catch, frisbee jump and running! I love it when we can all be outside together 😎💛

My workout 👇🏻
1 mile warmup + strides/drills
3x 1k/600 m
Cool down
