Today, we’re celebrating two very special milestones! Please join us in congratulating Ethan Taylor on 20 years with our company and Nina Firulli on 10 years!🎉

Ethan and Nina are both incredibly valuable members of our team, and their dedication, talent, and hard work have helped us create the chocolates you all know and love today. We’re so grateful for everything they bring to our company every day.

We also couldn’t let this moment pass without celebrating the incredible team standing alongside them. Whether someone has been with us for 20 years, 10 years, or is just beginning their journey, every person on our team plays an important part in what we do.

For the past 23 years, we’ve been proud to create chocolates right here in Kansas City, and we know that none of it would be possible without the amazing people who make it happen.🍫 by @elbowchocolates

A closer look at one of our favorite Halloween confections.👀 Our Caramel Pecan Creepers get their Halloween finishing touches with a white and dark chocolate eyeball and a sprinkle of black sea salt, then they’re packaged up and ready for gifting, sharing, or treating yourself.

The same mouthwatering combination of our Fleur de Sel Pecan Caramels with roasted pecans, buttery caramel, and dark chocolate you love, with a spooky little twist.
