POSTS STORIES REELS

There was a time when I was overdrawn, overwhelmed, and just looking for an opportunity.

I called a nightclub looking for work. José picked up the phone and simply said, “Start tonight.”

I showed up determined to make sure nobody took that barback position away from me.

Years of hard work, mistakes, late nights, incredible mentors, friends, and the support of my wife and family have led to something I once could only dream about:

We bought our own bar.

Jesse’s Girl Neighborhood Bar coming soon.

I’m nervous. I’m excited. And I’m ready for everything that comes next.

But no matter where this journey takes me…
I promise to show up as enthusiastic and with the same work ethic as I showed up to that first bar back opportunity.

Today isn’t about me—it’s about celebrating life.

To my friends, my family, the loved ones we’ve lost, including our fur babies who crossed the rainbow bridge this past year, and to everyone who is still here with us—life is truly a gift.

Don’t let it pass you by. Take the chance. Make the call. Book the trip. Chase the dream. Tell the people you love that you love them. Laugh a little louder, hug a little longer, and enjoy every moment until your very last breath.

Here’s to life, to love, to memories, and to making many more.

Cheers to 41. 🥃🎉 by @elchopper32

Honored to take home the win at yesterday’s cocktail competition at Hotel ZaZa!

I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent Jethro’s Cocktail Lounge and showcase my passion for creating cocktails. A huge thank you to the judges, organizers, fellow competitors, and everyone who supported me along the way.

This win isn’t just mine—it’s a reflection of the amazing team behind me and the guests who inspire us every day.

Cheers to continuing to learn, create, and raise the bar. 🥂

Happy Anniversary, Morchy

Another year with you is something I’ll never take for granted. Through every high, every challenge, every lesson, and every moment in between, I’m grateful that I get to walk through this life with you.

You are my best friend, my peace, my home, and the person who continues to show me what love, patience, and commitment truly mean. You’ve stood by me, believed in us, and reminded me that real love isn’t just about the easy moments — it’s about choosing each other every single day.

I know our journey hasn’t been perfect, but loving you has been the greatest privilege of my life. Thank you for your strength, your heart, your grace, and for continuing to build this life with me.

I promise to keep choosing you, keep growing with you, and keep loving you with everything I have.

Happy anniversary to the woman I will always love, today, tomorrow, and for the rest of my life. @comolaflorchy by @elchopper32

My mental health was tested all last year and this year, I thought I had nobody to turn to, I thought I had to just hide my feelings and move on with my life, I made some bad decisions, I was numb but, this was all that was keeping me to be better, to test myself to see if I can run business, to make or break, it was all on me nobody to turn to, nobody to talk to and it helped me get to the next level to all of the men out there seeking mental help it’s ok to ask for help it’s ok to be vulnerable, it’s ok to make mistakes and learn from them thank you to everyone who reached out to me to see if I was ok, I am well now much love. 🙏🏽 by @elchopper32
