Started off hating this bag but it definitely helped me improve my footwork and with knowing my range. Now this is one bag I can’t miss.👊🏾

Before we throw punches, we give thanks to the One who gives us strength. 🙏🥊

Building stronger fighters, but more importantly, stronger men and women of faith. All glory to God. ✝️

Proud of these guys and grateful for the opportunity to share these experiences with them. 🥊 It’s about more than boxing. It’s about growing together, learning from every experience, and building bonds that go beyond the ring. Memories and lessons we’ll carry with us for life. 💯

Packing lunches and throwing punches. 🥊 Don’t let the mom title fool you. 😤 She’s somebody’s mom and somebody’s problem. 😂💯

Vanessa brings that same badass energy to every session. Always a pleasure working with moms like her who make time for themselves while holding it down for their families. Much respect, Vanessa! 👊
