Today makes 12 years I’ve been completely sober! This year I’ve been thankful for everything, learning continuously.

Those who disappear into solitude, usually come back with peace and wisdom.

100 years ago, February, 1926 Carter G. Woodson made his mark. Now, for myself I’m thriving to do the same. New Beginning, Duce Six (26)…….. Numerology eight!

Today marks 11 years I’ve been sober! This year I want to give a special shout out to the youth. They have been keeping me accountable, staying on the path of being an excellent example. The kids are always watching us adults, I want them to see my growth as they grow. I have many pictures and videos the last 11 years. Here are a few with, Uncle Dee, Coach Dee and whatever other kool names they like to call me. 😎

It’s my BIRTHDAY!!! I’ve made it half way past male life expectancy. Wow!
(√(1600) - 2 * 15) + (3^3 - 9) = ME.

Today is a GIGANTIC DAY for me! 10 years fully sober. WOW, what a journey to this point. I made the best decision for MY life, I’m aging physically and mentally gracefully. I appreciate you all throughout the years encouraging me, as well as being inspired by me. Sobriety is more mental, just like living life. If you’re interested in becoming sober, step one is find a healthy hobby you enjoy doing as a replacement for your substance. 10 years, a full decade, and a life time to go.
I will celebrate this accomplishment!

Since 2016, I’ve helped or supported someone with something each day. This is one of the few people, who you get around and feel his humble presence, appreciative energy. Takes all advice, good or bad, excellent listener, always relaxed. I have actually seen him start his fitness journey, he has worked hard, put in overtime work, over standing the importance of consistency dedication. You’re motivation and inspiration. This is just the beginning, 2 first place trophies, 2 first place medals, along with a 3 place medals against vets in your first show. You will be big time soon, keep it up. My dawg, my bro, my family!! @fitness.serg BIG UP to coach, @alpha_joe_ you did well.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME, MYSELF, I AM.
I’m still Marching 4th.

My last three years celebrating all round Quintana Roo by myself. I love it here, It was only right I came back to this spot where I took the first Dantos picture. I had to end it with a trio, I’m beyond thankful I was able to get this trip done this year. 🙏🏿
