Maelus Ragnarson. The head of the notorious underground mob in ClearView City. Some doubt he is real due to the sheer enormity of power tales of him boast.

Once he’s decided you’re his target, there are few entities who can save you. He can hide in the shadows in your room or take a visit to your through your electronic devices.

No one knows why he seems so hellbent on chaos and destruction, but he seems to hold an acute animosity towards Lightspeed, the city’s beloved hero.

Who should I draw next?

Created my own Backrooms Stilllife character by merging and mirroring a photo of myself and using it as a reference. I also kinda wanted to lean into a Junji Ito kind of vibe.

She’s relatively harmless, but she can be spooky, considering she tends to emit ear-piercing, banshee-like wails when distressed. I wonder why.

Birch Beasts (Ursus Betula) are shy solitary creatures found in regions where birch forests are abundant. They live underground, and they rarely surface.

Despite the fact they do their best to avoid contact with other beings, it is inevitable that an adventurer will encounter one. A deep rumbling in a birch forest accompanied by a sudden absence in other life is an indication that a Birch Beast may be on the move. Find a solid shelter as soon as possible. Avoid it. While they are typically passive, they are carnivorous and opportunistic creatures, so you are not off the menu.

While in their habitat, watch for huge bear-like footprints. The prints could be as large as your average horse draw carriage. Their calls sound similar to reindeer cries - just at a lower octave.

Stay safe, traveler.

P.S. I created these guys because I think it’s so cool that birch forests are technically one big tree! Made me think of some eldritch beast.
