ZERØ SUMMER CAMP 2025 BATCH 1: ELFREDA 👠

After having experienced Kimchi Gurls during the YEC 2024, I knew then that I want to join a camp again for Summer Camp 2025. As a challenge to myself, I went outside my comfort zone (aka K-Pop) and joined Elfreda. Joining a heels camp was probably one of most wildest (but also the most bravest) decisions I have done so far in my life. I remember feeling anxious at the start kase hello napakalittle ng background ko sa heels dancing tapos puro magagaling na ladies pa kasama ko 😭😭

With each session, I slowly became more confident in dancing in heels. More importantly, I became more comfortable in expressing myself through our piece (like sinong di iiyak sa set fire + rolling in the deep combo diba 😭)

But above all, I found something very valuable in this camp - my Elfreda sisters 🥹 I am so lucky to have the opportunity of meeting and bonding with you my sisters (wala eh, may shared trauma na tayo chz HAHA) pero seryoso, mahal ko kayo 🫶🫶 you ladies helped me along the way and I am very very thankful for everything 🥰 nasabi ko naman na yan sa inyo at tsaka hello may Batch 2 pa tayo!!!

To our Elfreda Mother, Coach @owen_baisa, walang sawang pasasalamat for always pushing us to be better performers! I owe my growth as a dancer and performer to you!! To more kulitan and puksaan sa Batch 2 (eme sa puksaan, baka magcry na ako legit 😭)

Heartfelt thanks din to everyone that supported and cheered for Elfreda! Super overwhelming yung support and love that you guys showed in our piece 🥹🥹 Special shout out to Kimchi Gurls Fam for always being there 🥬 grabe na pagmamahal nitong pamilyang to!

To Doc Lance, while the time we shared in Elfreda might be brief, I pray that you are in a much better place where you can dance freely. We dedicate our performance to you and I hope we made you proud.

And to you, Daniel, grabe ka na hahaha sana okay pa tuhod mo 😂 chz but I do hope that my YEC self is proud of the glow up I showed for this recital. Malayo na rin agad narating mo shet huhu 🥹 Maghanda na lang ulit sila sa Batch 2 👹

ZERØ SUMMER CAMP BATCH 1: ELFREDA 👠🐍

This camp season was probably the most challenging season I’ve had so far not only physically but also emotionally and mentally.

(Not so) fun fact, my left knee was so swollen 4 days before the recital that I can’t even walk (tapos na ER pa yan before this incident 😭) I was very close to quitting (kase pano nga naman ako sasayaw kung hindi ako makalakad) but thankfully, my condition improved the day of the tdr and recital 😭😭 But seriously, I wouldn’t have survived this season without the love and support of the people around me 🥹

To my elfreda sisters, mahal na mahal ko kayo sobra 🫶 kayo ang reason kung bakit hindi ako sumuko until the end 🥹🥹

To my kimchi gurlies, I am so proud and amazed on how far we’ve come as performers 😍 I can’t wait to be with you all again 🫶🫶

To Coach @owen_baisa, bagong pagsubok na naman inabot ko sayo EME HAHA thank you for the never ending guidance and motivation sa amin. Again, I owe my growth to you!! 🫶

With this, Daniel will be taking a quick hiatus muna to recharge. See you all sa YEC!!

SUPER DUPER LATE POST 😭

ZERØ START OF THE YEAR CAMP 2026: VIBE’LICIOUS 💋🧊

After 4 camp seasons, he finally debuted in a Femme camp!! Struggled a lot at the start (hirap siya sa choreo ih 😭) but definitely slayed in the recital 😘

To Coach @dancingdaninini, thank you for entrusting us with your vision for this camp. Will always be grateful and proud to be part of the first batch of Vibe’licious. Thank you rin po the guidance and extra patience (hihi) sa amin during sessions 😅

To my Vibe’licious fam, I’m so happy to experience this camp with you all 😍 hope to see you around sa mga classes hihi

Super grateful din to my Kimchilicious for helping me survive this camp 🥰 kayo dahilan kung bakit bohai ako pag weekends (kahit na bugbog pa tayo the night before EME HAHA)

Shoutout din to my Elfreda sisters na todo ang shout and cheer sa audience. Salamat sa bohai niyo!! 🥹

Dami na naman learnings this camp season na I can’t to wait to apply in the next seasons 😅

They can keep talking; the moment shines anyway. Now add a little summer rhythm, and suddenly the whole stage feels like paradise.🍹🌴
