I can’t believe today marks a decade since you left this life. A whole DECADE without you. My Aunt Letty was the textbook definition of “life of the party.” A true social butterfly that lit up every room with her infectious personality, confidence, and loud laughter.

She’s a big part of the reason I pursued acting. I grew up hearing stories about how great of an actress she was and landed all the leading roles in school plays. I remember one time at a party we were at she even came over to me and demonstrated how to cry on command... at a party! 🤣

I had just turned 15, a freshman in high school, when she passed and I always wonder what life would be like if she were still here today. I’m sure we’d get into all sorts of fun trouble now that I’m an adult! I’ve always wanted to make her proud and I hope she’s out there, somewhere in the universe, cheering me on for my accomplishments and sending me strength to rise up from my falls.

As I’ve gotten older my mom keeps telling me she sees a lot of her in me and I couldn’t ask for a better compliment. My Aunt Letty left this life while I was still pretty young and it may be some time before I see her again, but I can’t wait for that time to come and I know it will.

We miss you very much! You will ALWAYS be in our hearts. I love you so much Aunt Letty ❤️❤️❤️ by @electraem
