Tomorrow: the October TouchDesigner Meetup is all about custom tools 🛠️

The moment a patch stops being a one-off and becomes something you reach for again and again. Four toolmakers show what they built, how it works, and what it takes to make it reliable enough for live work:

🔹Bileam Tschepe (@elekktronaut) — AVY, a web-based framework for AV live performance
🔹 Dan Molnar (@function.str) — FNSTools, the next gen of FunctionStore_tools
🔹 Malena Goya (@vvirdev) — UI Engine, modular interfaces inside your patch
🔹 Darien Brito (@darien.brito)— Aether + EssentiaTD, live DAW audio & music information retrieval in TD

Short talks, technical walkthroughs, open Q&A — and stick around to share your own projects.

Eternal gratitudes to all who showed up for our first A/V Live show at Kantine a couple of weeks back. Figuring out new ways of playing live as well as developing audio reactive visuals with @elekktronaut felt like a step into the next chapter. Thank you Berghain staff. Thank you Nemo & @soundmetaphors crew as well as @nick_hoeppner & @hi_this_is_hitomi for accompanying us with your music.

next on Just Breathe.

Sound x Image. Épisode 011.

catalogue No. 14
Ancestral Landscapes -
February 11.

Matter in motion, slow and continuous.
Light forms emerge from a dark field, transform, then dissolve. Nothing settles, everything drifts.

The visual unfolds in direct dialogue with the sound. A restrained pulse, slow and deliberate, structures the space while deep frequencies carve a sense of depth and weight. The rhythm is minimal, almost meditative, suspended between repetition and erosion.

Sound and image share the same condition: tension without urgency, movement without destination. An environment built on patience and attention, where time stretches and perception softens. A state designed for immersion, where listening becomes internal and the image follows.

For Bileam Tschepe @elekktronaut, AI is changing everything:
His art draws from natural patterns - water, trees, organic motion - that he transforms with TouchDesigner.
The power of Lenovo is especially crucial for his real time creations at live shows.
