Next up. This will help a lot of up and coming builders nail a critical task of not screwing up the side dots 😅

I completed all designs for 2mm, 3mm and 4mm dots.

25.5” first. More to come!

Two versions, a simple jig you can use on the entire fretboard which will work great if you like to measure and mark manually.

Full set is also available which has precisely sized tools for each fret position. Place them on the fret, line up between the fret slots and drill. Hard to screw up if you’re paying attention. This one also has a storage holder.

These place the dots slightly above the bottom of a standard .250” fretboard.

All are PRE-RADIUS so keep that in mind.

The full suite is designed and ready. 6, 7, 8, 4 string bass and 5 string bass as well as mandolin. These are averaged from published info from most major brands for broadest compatibility. Need something custom? Let me know.

Neck widths as follows with 3mm added (not in these numbers) to each side of the fretboard for compatibility, low waste and easy nipping.

Updated and ready for production!

The first one was never even meant to be a product. It was for me 😂 and I didn’t anticipate the interest. So I refined it to accept all fret radii and added an access carve to pull them out more easily.

If you are wondering what the heck that is, it is a tool to cut frets to the appropriate size for each fret without having to reference the fretboard. 3.5mm of extra length on either side of the fretboard for low waste and easy nipping. Cut all frets perfectly, very quickly.

Those of you that placed an order for me to print it will get this one and most of them will ship tomorrow. While I work out details about the STL availability and site placement, please simply hit me up via DM and put “Order” as the first word in the message. 🙏🏼

Made a jig so I don’t have to reference the fretboard when cutting frets. Much faster. Less waste. I leave enough to make fret end nipping easy and consistent. 3mm each side. This one is for 43mm nut and 57mm heel. Need one? Hit me up!

Finally got this one finished up!

This one is for one of my best and longest friends, @millertimezsd. He’s always wanted a custom Explorer style guitar with a 25.5” scale. I don’t normally take on something like this (not my shape) but this was something I wouldn’t turn down so I designed it all from scratch in Fusion and approved everything with him during the process. I think it turned out killer ❤️
