DREAMS DON’T WORK UNLESS YOU DO 🏆✨

I first competed at WULOP four years ago and have been a loyal competitor ever since. My greatest dream has always been clear: becoming a World Champion.

But not just winning any title. My dream is to win on the biggest stage in the PMU industry, among the world’s best artists, and become WULOP World Champion.

I believe in chasing your dreams, no matter what others think or say. Follow your heart, believe in yourself and never let fear stop you.

Dreams require hard work, discipline and sacrifices. I have trained endlessly, pushed my limits and never gave up. So yes, I am incredibly proud of myself.

For the fourth year in a row, I became champion in Hairstrokes with Device – Model. I also became champion again in Shadow Eyeliner – Model and won first place in Latex Hairstrokes.

Three first places. Three gold medals. All the hard work came together. 🥇🥇🥇

But I did not achieve this alone.

Thank you to my longtime colleagues and friends, and all the wonderful new colleagues and friends I met at this event. Some connections quickly became a true sisterhood. Your love and energy made it unforgettable.

Thank you to my amazing family, who stayed home with my children, took them to school and lovingly cared for them. And to my amazing man, who came with me, helped wherever he could and gave me the emotional support I needed. ❤️

A special thank you to Angelique, Burçin and Magdalena for creating another incredible event and to everyone behind the scenes.

To my models: thank you for your trust, patience and strength. None of this was possible without you.

To my students: I am beyond proud of your podium places, but even more proud that you believed in yourselves and never gave up. I will dedicate a separate post to each of you, because you deserve your own moment. ❤️

This victory brings me another step closer to my greatest dream.

✨ This is going to be a long post, but one straight from the heart ✨
I want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported me, every helping hand, every kind word, every bit of energy you shared. You gave me the strength to reach this milestone, and I couldn’t have done it without you.

❤️ To my family and my dear mom — thank you for always believing in me. For standing by my side no matter what, for lovingly taking care of my little ones, and for constantly reminding me to never give up.

💖 To my amazing girlfriends Narin, Lotte and Whitney— you’ve helped with everything: carrying supplies, putting together goodie bags, and simply being there. You gave me your time, energy, and love all because we genuinely support each other. And thank you Narin's husband for carrying everything to my room and back to the car. The way he supports you ánd your friends is true love.

Competing in @wulop.netherlands and winning six first prizes and the grand prix is an achievement that truly humbles me, fills me with gratitude, and overwhelms me with joy. This moment feels like a dream.

I want to take a moment to thank every single person who has been part of this incredible journey. To my man, family, friends, clients, and colleagues. You're unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in me have been the foundation of my success. You have stood by me through the long hours, the challenges, and the learning curves, and for that, I am forever grateful.

To the organizers, judges, and fellow competitors, I am honored to have shared this platform with such talented individuals. Your artistry inspires me, and being recognized amongst such a distinguished group makes this achievement even more special. This competition was not just about winning, but about pushing the boundaries of our craft, sharing our passion, and raising the bar for what is possible in permanent makeup.

I am beyond proud of my incredibly talented student, Daniëlle @dg_skinstudio ! 🥹🤎

Last week, she completed her 3-day Basic Training in Elements Magnum Technique Powder Brows, and I am honestly speechless!

She had NEVER held a PMU machine before, yet look at this incredible result after just three days! 😍

Besides being naturally talented, she is such a sweet, funny, and driven person. She carefully searched for the right trainer, and I feel truly honored that she chose me. ❤️

I truly believe that starting with a strong foundation and high-quality basic training is EVERYTHING!

My goal is to make sure my students leave not only with knowledge and skills, but also with the confidence to continue practicing and growing independently at home.

And OMG, I honestly wish I could have created brows this beautiful during my own basic training! 😍 Daniëlle, you have no idea how proud I am of you! 🥹❤️

For me, teaching is about so much more than simply copying a technique. I want my students to truly understand WHAT they are doing and WHY, so they can work independently and confidently.

During our training, she worked on two live models, including one with particularly challenging skin. Both results were absolutely beautiful!

I’ll share her first model today and the second one soon! ✨

And our journey doesn’t stop here! She has already booked her 4-day Hairstrokes Masterclass, and I can’t wait to see her grow even further!

✨ BASIC POWDER BROWS — ELEMENTS MAGNUM TECHNIQUE ✨

My demo model from my recent Basic Powder Brows training with @dg_skinstudio 🤎

There is one thing that is extremely important to me as a trainer: I don’t want my students to simply copy what I do. I want them to truly understand WHY they are doing it.

During my demo, I explain every step of the Elements Magnum Technique in detail. Why I choose a certain shape, why I use specific movements and settings, how I work with the skin, and what to look for throughout the entire procedure.

Nothing is done “just because.” There is a reason behind every step.

My students can ask as many questions as they want during the demo. I want them to understand the technique before they start working on their own model, so they can make conscious decisions instead of simply repeating what they have seen.

Because learning Powder Brows from scratch is not easy. It requires patience, focus, precision, practice and concentration.

My goal is not to teach students how to copy my work.

My goal is to educate artists who understand what they are doing, can think independently and feel confident when working on their own clients. ✨

Technique can be practised.
Confidence grows with experience.
But truly understanding what you are doing? That is where great education begins. 🤎

Second place with powder brows featuring a prominent scar. Has anyone else ever won a prize with a case like this? 🥈 @thepigment_official

I’m so proud of this result. My model had full, coarse hairs, a visible scar in her brow. But I think the scar makes her brows truly unique and gives them character. I’m glad I stayed true to my professional judgment and didn’t pigment over it.

Finding a model was an adventure in itself. I was in Rome, didn’t know anyone there, and had to find someone at the very last minute. But we did it! 💪

My lovely model, thank you for trusting me. It felt as if we’d been friends for years. You made me feel so comfortable, as if I were working in my own salon. She was so happy with her new brows as you can tell ❤️

I created this look using my Elements Magnum Technique. With her dark, coarse hairs, good saturation was essential. My 15-needle Magnum Curved allowed me to create soft, even coverage quickly and efficiently.

You only win when you take action — so I travelled all the way to Rome for a competition without a model! 😅

These lips earned me second place, and I couldn’t be prouder of the work I created, especially considering everything that happened beforehand. I was assigned a model at the very last minute, lost valuable competition time, and started the competition under a lot of pressure. But I managed to stay calm and create a beautiful result that I’m incredibly proud of.

A huge shoutout to the organisers, Vesna and Milan, who did everything they could to help me find a model. Thank you so much!

To my wonderful model: even though we didn’t speak the same language, it was such a pleasure having you with me. You were so kind, and I couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️

To my amazing husband, thank you for always being there when I need you and for your unconditional love and support.

And to my fantastic family, thank you for taking care of the children, getting them to school, and supporting me in everything I do. I’m so grateful that you make all of this possible.

MY VERY FIRST PRESENTATION ON STAGE 🎤✨

This was my very first presentation ever. I was incredibly nervous, and at one point I simply couldn’t hold back my emotions anymore. But that made it genuine, raw and completely from the heart.

Showing your emotions is not a weakness, it is a sign of strength. What truly matters is having the courage to be yourself and to pursue what you genuinely love and believe in. ❤️

English isn’t my strongest language when I’m nervous. Afterwards, I found out that I could have given my presentation in Dutch, which I would have preferred. But that’s something I’ve learned for next time. 🤭

Most importantly, the presentation was about my technique. Something I’m deeply passionate about and have poured all my knowledge, experience and love for this industry into. And the message came across. I sparked your curiosity and received so many masterclass enquiries afterwards. For that, I’m incredibly grateful. 🥹❤️

Thank you all so much for your support. So many of you came up to me afterwards and told me how beautiful, honest and genuine the presentation felt. Your kind words meant more to me than you may realize.

I’m proud that, despite my nerves and emotions, I still stepped onto that stage and shared my story. It may not have been perfect, but it was completely real and completely me.

And this was only my first time. Next time, I’ll be even better. 💪🏼✨
