After 7.5 years building @elemindtech , I’m excited to share the biggest milestone in our company’s history: Elemind has been acquired! We’ll share more details at the right time, but this is a big win for Elemind and for neuromodulation technology. My co-founder David Wang and I are moving to the Bay Area to join the acquiring company full-time and become part of their team. We’ve gotten to know the team well over the last few months, and we’re excited to work together in this next chapter where we’ll have the opportunity to put Elemind’s technology in front of vastly more people than before with the scale, resources and platform of a publicly traded company behind us. More to come. We started Elemind on a belief that precisely timed stimulation could move the brain from one state to another, without drugs. We took that from the lab to market, shipping Elemind to 10k people, starting with sleep. Along the way we completed multiple clinical trials, published our research, earned customers like Nike & Google, & built a patent portfolio around the technology. What a journey! If you own an Elemind headband, nothing changes for you today. Your device, app and membership will continue to work, and support is still here at support@elemindtech.com This was a team effort, start to finish: To the Elemind team: David Wang, Ed Boyden, Heather Read, Nir Grossman, Roshan Rajappa, Matt Workman, @jomckinney , Ryan Neely, Scott Bressler, Ryan Yost, Greg Burlingame, Tyler Gage, Dhushan, Anna, Justin, Susan McBride, Zoe Coady. You built something that didn’t exist before with a fraction of the resources most companies have. A very special shoutout to @pankajkedia007, who is an n of 1. There is no better investor, advisor, or friend. You made me and Elemind infinitely better, and I am forever your champion. To the people who fought beside me: Susan Paley, who helped through every battle; @kenhertz who has been with me through every company; @arielbganz who is just incredible; @benrolnik; Joe Cannon; Mark Kovacs. And to @drjcraigventer, who isn’t here to see this, and who I wish were. To our investors, thank you for believing in us. by @elemindtech

We made the pages of L’Officiel. ✹ L’Officiel USA names Elemind among the innovations defining the next frontier of luxury wellness — a soft, wearable headband powered by closed-loop neuromodulation that reads your brainwaves and gently guides them into, or back to, sleep. More than a sleep tracker. No sleep score, by design. đŸ“· As featured in @lofficielusa · “Snooze Fest” by @fiorellavaldesolo #Elemind #LOfficiel #SleepWellness #Neurotech #LuxuryWellness SleepBetter Wearable SleepTech Wellness FeaturedInLOfficiel by @elemindtech

Forget the lab, Elemind took sleep to the streets, on the High Line, at a Giants game, and even a random seat on a plane, because real moments convert better than any data point ever will. by @elemindtech
