🤍 I believe….. that love starts with the relationship we have with ourselves.
The way we speak to ourselves, care for ourselves, and respect our own boundaries becomes the blueprint for every connection we form
— and when we grow, we naturally begin to attract and choose differently.

We pick people who reflect our inner world.
A partner becomes a mirror, showing us our deepest patterns, our wounds, our strengths, and the parts of ourselves that need healing.
Sometimes this mirror is gentle, sometimes it is a painful wake-up call.

But as we learn to love ourselves more deeply, we expect more from love.
We choose people who honor our worth, respect our boundaries, and meet us with the energy we give.
Self-love changes how we feel, what we tolerate, and what we attract.

In the end, relationships reflect the relationship we have within.
And when we choose ourselves, everything transforms.

And after the storms — the heartbreaks, the lessons, the moments that shake us — there always comes a deep quiet. A peace that settles into the soul.
Every storm brings wisdom, clarity, and blessings disguised as pain.
It gives us experience, strength, and a greater capacity to love ourselves.

There is no shame in calling a man ugly when the ugliness is not physical, but ethical.
The real ugliness in our society is not found in imperfect bodies or visible flaws. It lives in entitlement without accountability, power without ethics, and ambition disconnected from humanity. When these qualities are rewarded or ignored, we are not neutral — we are complicit.

<Respect, kindness, and responsibility are not titles that come with achievement. They are daily decisions. And when someone consistently refuses those decisions, they deserve to be named clearly — not defended, not romanticized, and not excused.> by @elen.cos

Laikau rankose savo pirmąją knygą, kurią nusipirkau prieš 17 metų. Tuomet tik užsibrėžiau tikslą, kad noriu tapti visažiste. Dar mokykloje daug dažydavausi 🙈 – vis eksperimentuodavau prie veidrodžio ir nuolat sulaukdavau komplimentų iš klasiokių: kaip gražiai išsklaidžiau šešėlius, kaip gerai pasidažau.

Tada dar negalvojau apie tai, kad noriu tapti visažiste. Man patiko viskas, kas susiję su menu ir literatūra – teatras, filmai… O draugės vis paprašydavo, kad jas padažyčiau 😅

Turbūt daugiausia džiaugsmo patyriau tada, kai sesuo grįžo iš Amerikos ir atvežė didžiulę tašę makiažo: tušus, šešėlius, pudras! Jaučiau begalinį džiaugsmą.

Man labai patinka, ką gali padaryti makiažas – jis man teikia daug džiaugsmo. Labiausiai turbūt todėl, kad galime keistis. Jis man suteikė galimybę išreikšti save. Makiažas man kaip drabužis – apranga, kurią pasirenkame ypatingoms progoms 🙂 Jis suteikia pasitikėjimo savimi ir leidžia kiekvieną kartą pasijusti vis kitoje rolėje.
