Back to the old stomping grounds, Les Mills Lambton Quay! Where it all started for me✨Beyond grateful to be back in this space and ready to take on a new journey of PT! Manuia le vaiaso o le Gagana Samoa!

Samoan Independence Day✊🏽 was at the beginning of the week as well as uncle Charles bday but to kick off the mid week we repping 685 hard🇼🇸🤎
Any opportunity to celebrate, acknowledge, and share our language and culture. It’s a chance not only to show pride in who we are, but also invite others to learn, connect, and be part of it as well.
As a Kiwi born Samoan, any chance to learn the lingo as well as acknowledge our history, our ancestors, and the journey that has led me to stand here today. Understanding where I come from helps shape the way I move through life, the values I carry, and the way I show up for others.

As a brown, mid size/ thick 😝, and strong woman working in the fitness industry, my experience hasn’t always fit the mould people expect. I’m proud to take up space, challenge perceptions, and show that health, strength, knowledge, and professionalism comes in many forms.
Everything I do is rooted in community, culture, care, and service to others. Whether it’s through personal training, group fitness, sharing knowledge, or simply showing up as myself, I hope to continue creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

3day stint over in the big city 😮‍💨 the change in pace there made me feel like I needed to change something too💇‍♀️ 😝but we are super grateful to @genevievenazari & @theabbasnazari for bringing us out these ways🫨😪🤯 mans does nothing but represent himself, his family & friends so well. Hyrox AKL & These taro legs did that😝 brown fit for brown excellence babyyy🤎🤏🏽but that’s enough running for the rest of it thanks! Forever praising @ihakabracewell9 for not only carrying but backing me & motivating through this damn thing sole he really be doing the most. 3 races is so much volume but he shows up and does more than his best! His work ethic alone is always an inspiration! I’ll say it time and time again. idc!!

Thank you to @bft_wellingtoneast for giving me the capacity to train in these months leading upto it all. The community bro is just unmatched it helped me all the way to the finish line nothing but gratitude to you all. You name it and I’ll be there and then some✊🏽

To my family & friends your support meant more than you’ll ever know. Appreciate your presence it made a huge impact for me. I knew that I was well supported when the camera people and judges said “u have the biggest & loudest crowd 😝”

It looks and feels like one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life. Now would I do it again?
