🔔 TEMPO & RHYTHM 🎶

All great golfers have amazing tempo & rhythm in their golf swings that allow them to create effortless power and maintain balance.

The Penguin walk drill (named by a former junior golfer 🐧) is a fantastic way to help golfers find their perfect tempo and rhythm. If you have a junior golfer I would have them do this all the time. If you can learn how to master this drill you are well on your way to becoming a great golfer.

How to create more backswing turn!!

Hip tightness and lack or rotational ability is something that plagues many players we see in almost every @mytpi physical screen.

2 simple ways to help create more natural turn can be done before we swing the club.

1. Turn your trail foot out 15-20 degrees… maybe even 30 degrees for some of you.
2. Drop your tail foot back 2 inches. This will close your stance and preset your hip turn.

Focus on getting activation and load into trail glute when making backswing.

Send us a dm to schedule your TPI assessment today to see what you can do to play better golf!!⛳️
